Description
Claims (7)
- コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)再構成の方法において、
推定境界(50)を獲得するために、被検体の又は該被検体の内部の減衰がほぼ一様な領域の輪郭を前記推定境界(50)として初期設定すること(48)と;
前記推定境界(50)に基づいて、フォワードモデルを定義することと;
システム行列(54)を獲得するために、前記フォワードモデルを線形化すること(52)と;
前記推定境界(50)を更新するために、前記システム行列(54)を使用して、反復画像再構成プロセスを実現することと
から成り、
前記フォワードモデルを線形化することは、
前記境界を定義する複数のコーナーポイント(94)を、それぞれ対応する法線方向に、ある増分量だけ増分すること(96)と;
前記フォワードモデルにおいて使用される投影線に対して、サイノグラム値(Y i )を有するサイノグラム要素(i)における応答(98)を計算することと;
前記増分すること(96)及び前記応答(98)を計算することを繰り返して前記システム行列(54)を生成することと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記反復画像再構成プロセスを実現することは、線形化方程式系を直接解くことを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)計測方法において、
測定サイノグラム(46)から、被検体の又は該被検体の内部の減衰がほぼ一様な領域の輪郭を推定境界(50)として、推定境界(50)を生成すること(48)と;
前記推定境界(50)に基づいて、第1の計算サイノグラム(76)を生成すること(74)と;
前記推定境界(50)に基づいて、システム行列(54)を更新すること(52)と;
前記システム行列(54)及び境界摂動(80)のうちの少なくとも一方から、少なくとも1つのサイノグラム摂動(82)を計算すること(78)と;
第2の計算サイノグラム(86)を取り出すために、前記第1の計算サイノグラム(76)と、前記少なくとも1つのサイノグラム摂動(82)とを加算すること(84)と;
前記測定サイノグラム(46)、前記第2の計算サイノグラム(86)及び前記システム行列(54)のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記境界摂動(80)を更新すること(90)と;
前記境界摂動(80)に基づいて、前記推定境界(50)を更新すること(92)と
から成り、
前記システム行列(54)は、前記境界を定義する複数のコーナーポイント(94)を、それぞれ対応する法線方向に、ある増分量だけ増分し(96);
前記フォワードモデルにおいて使用される投影線に対して、サイノグラム値(Y i )を有するサイノグラム要素(i)における応答(98)を計算し;前記増分すること(96)及び前記応答(98)を計算することを繰り返すことによって生成されたものである
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記システム行列(54)を初期値に初期設定すること(52)を更に含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記境界摂動(80)を初期値に初期設定すること(88)を更に含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記システム行列を更新する過程(52)と、前記第1の計算サイノグラム(76)を生成する過程(74)と、前記少なくとも1つのサイノグラム摂動(82)を計算する過程(78)と、前記第1の計算サイノグラム(76)及び前記少なくとも1つのサイノグラム摂動(82)を加算する過程(84)と、前記境界摂動(80)を更新する過程(90)と、前記推定境界(50)を更新する過程(92)とを繰り返すことを更に含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記境界摂動(80)を更新すること(90)は、最尤アルゴリズム、最大事後アルゴリズム、統計的再構成アルゴリズム、共役勾配アルゴリズム、勾配上昇アルゴリズム、代数的再構成アルゴリズム、重み付き最小二乗アルゴリズム、反復フィルタ補正逆投影、エントロピー利用アルゴリズム及び反復再構成アルゴリズムのうちの少なくとも1つを適用することを含む請求項3記載の方法。
