Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置10の系統図である。ブレーキ制御装置10には電子制御式ブレーキシステム(ECB)が採用されており、運転者によるブレーキペダル12の操作に応じて車両の4輪のブレーキを独立かつ最適に設定する。
図3は、第2の実施形態に係るマスタシリンダ作動液供給制御の実施手順を示すフローチャートである。なお、第2の実施形態に係るブレーキ制御装置10の構成は第1の実施形態と同様である。本フローチャートにおける処理は、イグニッションスイッチがオンにされてから所定時間毎に繰り返し実施される。
Claims (3)
- リザーバタンク内の作動液の減少を検出する作動液減少検出手段と、
ブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作に応じて作動液が送り込まれるマスタシリンダの液圧を検出するマスタ圧センサと、
前記マスタ圧センサの検出結果に基づいて、作動液路に配置された弁の開弁および閉弁を切り換える弁開閉制御手段と、
ホイールシリンダと前記マスタシリンダとを接続する作動液路に介在するマスタカット弁から前記マスタシリンダまでの間の作動液路の液圧を検出することによりマスタシリンダ圧を検出するマスタシリンダ圧センサと、
を備え、
前記弁開閉制御手段は、
前記リザーバタンク内の作動液の減少が検出された場合、前記マスタカット弁を開弁させて、前記ホイールシリンダから前記マスタシリンダに作動液を供給すると共に、
前記リザーバタンク内の作動液の減少が検出された場合であっても、前記ホイールシリンダの液圧が所定の圧力閾値より大きい場合は、前記マスタカット弁の開弁を回避し、
前記リザーバタンク内の作動液の減少が検出されない場合、所定の第1圧力閾値を超えるマスタシリンダ圧が検出されたときにブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作がなされたと判定して、アキュムレータと前記ホイールシリンダとを接続する作動液路に介在する増圧弁を開弁させてホイールシリンダ圧を増圧させ、
前記リザーバタンク内の作動液の減少が検出されて前記ホイールシリンダから前記マスタシリンダに作動液を供給すべく前記マスタカット弁を開弁させている間は、第1圧力閾値より高い所定の第2圧力閾値を超えるマスタシリンダ圧が検出されたときにブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作がなされたと判定して、前記増圧弁を開弁させてホイールシリンダ圧を増圧させることを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - ブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作およびその解除を検出するブレーキ操作検出手段をさらに備え、
前記弁開閉制御手段は、前記リザーバタンク内の作動液の減少が検出された場合、ブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作の解除が検出されたときに前記マスタカット弁を開弁させて、前記ホイールシリンダから前記マスタシリンダに作動液を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記弁開閉制御手段は、ブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作の解除が検出されたときに前記ホイールシリンダと前記リザーバタンクとを接続する作動液路に介在する減圧弁を開弁させてホイールシリンダ圧を減圧させ、所定の圧力閾値までホイールシリンダ圧が低下したときに前記マスタカット弁の少なくとも1つを開弁させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
