Description
Claims (5)
- GM、ソルベイ又はGM型パルス管冷凍機におけるバルブアセンブリであって、
バルブモーター駆動の回転バルブディスク、及び、
非回転バルブシート、を有し、
前記バルブシートの少なくとも2つの表面に対して及ぼされる異なった圧力が、前記回転バルブディスクを前記バルブモーターに向かう方向に押し進めるようにする正味の力をもたらし、
前記非回転バルブシートが軸方向に移動でき、
前記回転バルブディスクが軸方向に移動することを抑制され、
前記バルブシートの前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの第1表面が、前記バルブシートの中央キャビティにあり、該中央キャビティがシステム高圧ガスに結合され、
前記バルブシートの前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの第2表面が、前記バルブシートの前記中央キャビティと前記バルブシートの外側との間にある環状領域にあり、該第2表面がシステム低圧ガス、又は前記システム高圧ガスと真空との間の圧力であるガスのうちの1つに結合され、かつ、
前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの第1表面及び第2表面の双方が、前記バルブディスクの表面から遠位にある、
ことを特徴とするバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの前記第2表面がパルス管のバッファガスの圧力に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- GM、ソルベイ又はGM型パルス管冷凍機におけるバルブアセンブリであって、
モーター駆動の回転バルブディスク、及び、
非回転バルブシート、を有し、
前記バルブシートの少なくとも2つの表面に対して及ぼされる異なった圧力が、前記回転バルブディスクを前記モーターに向かう方向に押し進めるようにする正味の力をもたらし、
前記非回転バルブシートが軸方向に移動でき、
前記回転バルブディスクが軸方向に移動することを抑制され、
a.前記バルブシートの前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの第1表面が、前記バルブシートの中央キャビティにあり、該キャビティがシステム低圧ガス、又はシステム高圧ガスと真空との間の圧力であるガスのうちの1つに結合され、
b.前記バルブシートの前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの第2表面が、前記バルブシートの前記中央キャビティと前記バルブシートの外側との間にある環状領域にあり、該第2表面がシステム高圧ガスに結合され、かつ、
c.前記少なくとも2つの表面のうちの第1表面及び第2表面の双方が、前記バルブディスクの表面から遠位にある、
ことを特徴とするバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記第1表面がパルス管のバッファガスの圧力に結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 軸方向の前記力が前記バルブモーターのシャフトベアリング及び独立したベアリングのうちの1つにより支持されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
