Description
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図1は本実施形態における冷媒バルブ装置1の斜視図である。冷媒バルブ装置1は、冷蔵庫内の冷媒流路における圧縮器と冷却器との間に配設され、庫内を冷却する冷媒の供給量を調節する。
本実施形態における冷媒バルブ装置1の弁体駆動機構は、図4に示すように、駆動源であるステッピングモータ60のロータ61と、ロータ61のピニオン構成部材54に設けられたピニオン50と噛合する歯部59を備える回動部材である弁体駆動歯車51と、弁体駆動歯車51の下側に位置し、弁体駆動歯車51と軸線方向の端面同士が接触した状態で弁体駆動歯車51に固定され、弁体駆動歯車51と一体に回動する弁体27と、弁体27の下側に位置し、弁体27の底面が摺接する弁座面24を備える弁座15と、からなる。弁体27の底面および弁座面24は平坦に研磨加工されることで隙間なく密着可能とされ、弁体27の底面と弁座面24との摺接面の隙間から冷媒が漏出してしまうことが防止されている。弁体駆動歯車51および弁体27は、弁座15の中心に固定された支軸25に回動可能に支持されており、回動中心(L1)を同じくしている。
外部の制御装置によりステッピングモータ60が駆動されると、ステッピングモータ60の回転はピニオン50および弁体駆動歯車51に伝達される。弁体駆動歯車51が回動すると、弁体27は弁座面24上で支軸25(軸線L1)回りを弁体駆動歯車51と一体に回動する。
一方、第一の冷媒出口221は切欠き部連通状態であるため、第一の冷媒出口221からは開口径に応じた量の冷媒が流出する。

Claims (8)
- 駆動源と、
前記駆動源の駆動力を受けて回動する回動部材と、
前記回動部材と軸方向の端面同士が接触した状態で前記回動部材に固定され、前記回動部材と一体に回動する弁体と、
前記弁体の前記回動部材と接触する端面の反対側の端面が摺接する弁座と、を備えるバルブ装置であって、
前記バルブ装置は、該バルブ装置を通過する流体の流入孔および流出孔を有しており、
前記弁座は前記流出孔を少なくとも一つ有し、
前記弁体はその回動角度の一部において前記流出孔と連通される微小穴である絞り部を有し、
前記回動部材と前記弁体との対向面には、前記絞り部と前記流入孔とを連通させ、前記絞り部を通過不能な大きさの固体の流入を遮る開口部を有する流路が設けられることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 前記流路は、前記対向面における、前記弁体側の外周縁または前記回動部材側の外周縁に形成された段差部であり、
前記段差部の前記開口部の軸方向高さは、前記絞り部の最小径よりも小さく、
前記段差部の前記開口部の周方向長さは、前記軸方向高さに乗じて得た前記開口部の面積が、前記絞り部の開口面積よりも大きくなる長さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記段差部は、前記弁体側の外周縁または前記回動部材側の外周縁の全周に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記開口部には、その開口の一部を塞ぐ遮蔽部が少なくとも一つ形成されていることを有することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記回動部材は周面に歯部を備える歯車部材であり、
前記段差部は、前記弁体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記弁体は、前記弁座との対向面に、前記弁体の外周から回動中心側に向かって切り欠かれた切欠き部を有し、
前記切欠き部は、前記弁体の回動角度の一部において前記流出孔の少なくとも一つの全周を露出させ、前記流入孔と前記流出孔とを連通させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記回動部材の前記弁体との対向面には、前記弁体側に突出する凸部が、前記弁体の前記回動部材との対向面には、該凸部と嵌合される凹部が少なくとも一対形成され、
前記凹部のうち少なくとも一つは前記切欠き部に貫通された貫通孔であり、該貫通孔である凹部に嵌合された前記凸部が、前記切欠き部側でかしめられることにより、前記弁体は前記回動部材に固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記絞り部は、前記弁体の軸方向両端に設けられた、前記絞り部よりも大径の、前記弁体の軸方向に重なる凹部の間の薄肉部に形成され、
前記絞り部はすり鉢状の開口となっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ装置。
