Claims (3)
- ジャーナルの外周を環状の空隙を介して囲む静止保持部材の内周面に対し、波形部を有する複数のフォイル部材を周方向に列設してなるフォイル式流体軸受の製造装置であって、
前記フォイル部材の波形部の少なくとも一部に対応する形状をなす波形対応部を設けた円筒外周部を有し、前記波形対応部を前記フォイル部材の波形部に係合させた状態で前記静止保持部材の内側に挿入されることで、前記静止保持部材の内周面に対する前記フォイル部材の位置決めを行う位置決め部材を備え、
前記位置決め部材は、その円筒外周部に軸方向に沿って開口するスロットを有し、内側から当該スロットを介して前記フォイル部材を前記静止保持部材の内周面に溶接するようにしたことを特徴とするフォイル式流体軸受の製造装置。 - 前記静止保持部材を支持する基台を備え、当該基台が、前記静止保持部材を軸方向に移動する移動機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォイル式流体軸受の製造装置。
- 前記静止保持部材を支持する基台を備え、当該基台が、前記静止保持部材を軸心周りに回動させる回動機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォイル式流体軸受の製造装置。
