Description
動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、
車軸に対して少なくとも回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
作動流体を加圧可能な加圧手段を有し、運転者による制動要求操作と前記内燃機関により発生される負圧とに応じて発生された作動流体の圧力である操作圧力と前記加圧手段の加圧により発生される作動流体の圧力である加圧圧力とを用いて制動力を出力可能な流体圧式制動手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに運転者により要求されている要求制動力を設定する要求制動力設定手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに、前記電動機による回生制動力と前記操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が前記設定された要求制動力に不足しない場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御する一方、前記電動機による回生制動力と前記操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が前記設定された要求制動力に不足する場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力と前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御する制動制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに、前記電動機による回生制動力と前記操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が運転者による要求制動力に不足しない場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御する一方、前記電動機による回生制動力と前記操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が運転者による要求制動力に不足する場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力と前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御するものである。
Claims (6)
- 動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、
車軸に対して少なくとも回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
作動流体を加圧可能な加圧手段を有し、運転者による制動要求操作と前記内燃機関により発生される負圧とに応じて発生された作動流体の圧力である操作圧力と前記加圧手段の加圧により発生される作動流体の圧力である加圧圧力とを用いて制動力を出力可能な流体圧式制動手段と、
前記操作圧力を検出する操作圧力検出手段と、
前記内燃機関により発生される負圧を検出する負圧検出手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記電動機の回生により得ることができる回生制動力を設定する回生制動力設定手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記検出された操作圧力と前記検出された負圧とに基づいて運転者により要求されている要求制動力を設定する要求制動力設定手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに、前記設定された回生制動力と前記検出された操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が前記設定された要求制動力に不足しない場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御する一方、前記設定された回生制動力と前記検出された操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が前記設定された要求制動力に不足する場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力と前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御する制動制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制動制御手段は、前記回生制動力と前記操作制動力との和が前記要求制動力に不足する場合、前記設定された要求制動力から前記設定された回生制動力と前記検出された操作圧力に基づく操作制動力とを減じた値に基づいて前記加圧手段を制御する車両。 - 前記回生制動力設定手段は、前記電動機の回転数と前記蓄電手段の充電状態とに基づいて前記制動要求操作がなされたときに前記電動機の回生により得ることができる回生制動力を設定する請求項1に記載の車両。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両において、
前記流体圧式制動手段は、運転者による制動要求操作と前記内燃機関により発生される負圧とに応じて前記操作圧力を発生させる操作圧力発生手段を有し、前記加圧手段は当該操作圧力発生手段からの作動流体を加圧可能である車両。 - 前記内燃機関は第1の車軸に動力を出力可能であり、前記電動機は前記第1の車軸とは異なる第2の車軸に動力を入出力可能である請求項1から3の何れかに記載の車両。
- 請求項4に記載の車両において、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記第1の車軸との接続および該接続の解除を実行する接続断接手段を更に備え、
所定条件が成立しているときに、前記接続断接手段により前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記第1の車軸との接続が解除されると共に前記内燃機関の運転が停止される車両。 - 動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、車軸に対して少なくとも回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、作動流体を加圧可能な加圧手段を有し、運転者による制動要求操作と前記内燃機関により発生される負圧とに応じて発生された作動流体の圧力である操作圧力と前記加圧手段の加圧により発生される作動流体の圧力である加圧圧力とを用いて制動力を出力可能な流体圧式制動手段とを備えた車両の制御方法であって、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに、前記電動機による回生制動力と前記操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が前記操作圧力と前記負圧とに基づいて設定される運転者による要求制動力に不足しない場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御する一方、前記電動機による回生制動力と前記操作圧力に基づく操作制動力との和が運転者による要求制動力に不足する場合には、当該回生制動力と当該操作制動力と前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力とで前記設定された要求制動力がまかなわれるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段とを制御するステップを含み、
前記ステップは、前記回生制動力と前記操作制動力との和が前記要求制動力に不足する場合、前記設定された要求制動力から前記設定された回生制動力と前記検出された操作圧力に基づく操作制動力とを減じた値に基づいて前記加圧手段を制御する車両の制御方法。
