Description
車軸に少なくとも回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
作動流体を加圧可能な加圧手段を有し、運転者による制動要求操作に応じて発生された作動流体の圧力である操作圧力と前記加圧手段の加圧により発生される作動流体の圧力である加圧圧力とを用いて制動力を出力可能な流体圧式制動手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに運転者により要求されている要求制動力を設定する要求制動力設定手段と、
前記制動要求操作に応じて少なくとも前記電動機に回生制動力を出力させている最中に所定の置き換え条件が成立したときには、前記加圧手段を本来の加圧性能が得られるように駆動制御する置き換え前処理と、前記電動機による回生制動力を減少させると共に前記加圧手段による前記加圧圧力を増加させて前記回生制動力を前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力で置き換える置き換え本処理とを伴って前記設定された要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段を制御する制動制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
前記制動要求操作に応じて少なくとも前記電動機に回生制動力を出力させている最中に所定の置き換え条件が成立したときには、前記加圧手段を本来の加圧性能が得られるように駆動制御する置き換え前処理と、前記電動機による回生制動力を減少させると共に前記加圧手段による前記加圧圧力を増加させて前記回生制動力を前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力で置き換える置き換え本処理とを伴って運転者により要求されている要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段を制御するものである。
Claims (5)
- 車軸に少なくとも回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
作動流体を加圧可能なポンプを有し、運転者による制動要求操作に応じて発生された作動流体の圧力である操作圧力と前記ポンプの加圧により発生される作動流体の圧力である加圧圧力とを用いて制動力を出力可能な流体圧式制動手段と、
前記制動要求操作がなされたときに運転者により要求されている要求制動力を設定する要求制動力設定手段と、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
前記制動要求操作に応じて少なくとも前記電動機に回生制動力を出力させている最中に前記検出された車速が前記電動機による回生制動力の前記流体圧式制動手段による制動力への置き換えを開始させる回生禁止車速よりも大きい所定車速以下になったときに、前記ポンプを本来の加圧性能が得られるように駆動制御する置き換え前処理と、前記電動機による回生制動力を減少させると共に前記ポンプによる前記加圧圧力を増加させて前記回生制動力を前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力で置き換える置き換え本処理とを伴って前記設定された要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段を制御する制動制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記置き換え前処理における前記回生制動力の減少分は、前記置き換え本処理における前記回生制動力の減少分よりも少ない請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記置き換え前処理は、前記ポンプの駆動開始から加圧の初期応答遅れが解消されるまでの時間だけ前記ポンプを所定の態様で駆動制御すると共に、前記初期応答遅れに起因する前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力の不足分を前記回生制動力で補填する処理である請求項1または2に記載の車両。
- 前記置き換え本処理は、前記回生制動力の単位時間あたりの減少量と前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力の単位時間あたりの増加量とが概ね一致するように前記電動機と前記ポンプとを駆動制御する処理である請求項1から3の何れかに記載の車両。
- 車軸に少なくとも回生制動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、作動流体を加圧可能なポンプを有し、運転者による制動要求操作に応じて発生された作動流体の圧力である操作圧力と前記ポンプの加圧により発生される作動流体の圧力である加圧圧力とを用いて制動力を出力可能な流体圧式制動手段と、車速を検出する車速検出手段とを備えた車両の制御方法であって、
前記制動要求操作に応じて少なくとも前記電動機に回生制動力を出力させている最中に前記検出された車速が前記電動機による回生制動力の前記流体圧式制動手段による制動力への置き換えを開始させる回生禁止車速よりも大きい所定車速以下になったときに、前記ポンプを本来の加圧性能が得られるように駆動制御する置き換え前処理と、前記電動機による回生制動力を減少させると共に前記ポンプによる前記加圧圧力を増加させて前記回生制動力を前記加圧圧力に基づく制動力で置き換える置き換え本処理とを伴って運転者により要求されている要求制動力が得られるように前記電動機と前記流体圧式制動手段を制御する車両の制御方法。
