Description
(繊維分析)
繊維サンプルの取り付け:試験される各サンプルについて、10〜12本の繊維を準備した。繊維は無作為に選択し、束から分ける。その後、該繊維を紙製の長方形枠にテープで固定し、テープ及び繊維の末端部を確実に枠の裏側まで巻きつける。けして繊維を伸ばしたり又は変形させたりしないよう注意する。
不織手抄きシートの製造:以下の手順を使用して、ポリオレフィン組成物を不織手抄きシートサンプルに加工する:
初めに、純材料又は複合材料を、2つの押出成形機システムを用いて、繊維(単一成分又は二成分)に溶融紡糸する(ここで各押出成形機は、水平型シングルスクリュー押出成形機(horizontal single-screw extruder)である)。各押出成形機からスピンパックへの押出速度は、4穴スピンパック(ヒルズ社(Hills Incorporated)、フロリダ州ウェストメルボルン)に送り込む計量溶融ポンプ(metering melt pump)により制御される。全ての実施例において、スピンパックは、丸穴には紡糸口金、及び鞘部−芯部横断面には分配プレート(distribution plates)が取り付けられる。単一成分繊維の場合、約50:50の鞘部:芯部比には、両押出成形機で同じ樹脂が使用される。押出成形機/溶解ポンプ/スピンパックシステムは、高さ調節可能な台に取り付けられる。紡糸線長は、約178cm(70インチ)の一定距離に維持され、質量処理量は約0.4g/分/穴、及び溶融押出成形温度は約230℃に維持される。溶融フィラメントは、紡糸口金から出て、スピンパックの真下に位置する冷却キャビネットに入り、フィラメントを取り囲んで引張る空気流を高圧圧縮空気を用いて生み出す高さ調節可能な空気抵抗装置にて延伸される。集積された繊維直径が約20〜25ミクロンになるように空気圧を調節する。
スパンボンド不織布ウェブの製造:ポリオレフィン組成物は、スロットジェット減衰(slot jet attenuation)及び熱カレンダー(thermal calender)接着システムを備えた、試験的及び工業規模のスパンボンド不織布ラインにて、スパンボンド不織布ウェブに加工される。所望の坪量を得るようにライン速度を調節する。
Claims (9)
- スパンボンド繊維を含む不織布ウェブであって、
前記スパンボンド繊維は、
a.100〜1000g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する50%〜95%のポリプロピレン、及び
b.10〜80g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する5〜50%のポリマー
を含むポリマー組成物を有し、
前記ポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートは100〜1000g/10分であり、
前記不織布ウェブは、ピーク荷重において、少なくとも一方向で80%を超えるひずみを有することを特徴とする不織布ウェブ。 - 前記ポリマーがポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不織布ウェブ。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、100〜600g/10分のメルトフローレートを有し、前記ポリマーが、15〜70g/10分のメルトフローレートを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不織布ウェブ。
- 前記繊維が、5〜50ミクロンの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不織布ウェブ。
- 前記不織布ウェブが、1を超える伸張率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不織布ウェブ。
- 前記ウェブが、婦人衛生パッド、おむつ、及び/又は成人用失禁製品のトップシート、おむつ用伸縮性耳部、硬質表面又は皮膚の清掃用拭き取り用品並びにこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される物品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不織布ウェブ。
- 請求項1に記載の不織布ウェブを含むことを特徴とする使い捨て物品。
- a.100〜1000g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する50%〜95%のポリプロピレン、及び
b.10〜80g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する5〜50%のポリマー
を含むポリマー組成物を含み、
前記ポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートは100〜1000g/10分であることを特徴とするスパンボンド繊維。 - a.100〜1000g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する50%〜95%のポリプロピレン、及び
b.10〜80g/10分のメルトフローレートを有する5〜50%のポリマー
を含むポリマー組成物であって、前記ポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートは100〜1000g/10分であるポリマー組成物を有するスパンボンド繊維を含み、かつピーク荷重において少なくとも一方向で80%を超えるひずみを有する1つの層を含む
ことを特徴とする積層体不織布ウェブ。
