Description
Claims (19)
- 中央に孔を有する研磨作用切断リングと、
前記研磨作用切断リングを、間で締め付ける2つの締付プレート(2)と、
を備え、
前記研磨作用切断リングの前記孔は、前記2つの締付プレートの外側周縁まで達するように形成され、
前記研磨作用切断リングは、当該研磨作用切断リングの径方向へ凹む凹部を、当該研磨作用切断リングの2つの側面であってかつ前記孔の周縁に、互い違いに複数個有しており、
前記2つの締付プレート(2)の前記外側周縁のそれぞれは、前記複数の凹部と嵌め合わされる形状を有し、
前記2つの締付プレート(2)と前記研磨作用切断リングとの連結は、前記2つの締付プレートの締付力および嵌め合いによってのみ生じる、切断ホイール(1)。 - 前記複数の凹部(3)は、前記研磨作用切断リングが型板によって予め押し込まれることで形成され、または加工設備によって研磨されることで形成される、請求項1に記載の切断ホイール。
- 前記研磨作用切断リングの前記2つの側面は、面平行に形成される請求項1または2に記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記研磨作用切断リングの前記2つの側面は、前記孔に向かってテーパをなす請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記切断ホイール(1)の幅(T)に対する直径(D)の比率は70よりも上である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記孔の径(d)は、前記切断ホイール(1)の直径(D)の40%よりも大きい、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記研磨作用切断リングは合成樹脂結合の形態で構成される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記研磨作用切断リングには少なくとも1つの補助の材料が挿入される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレート(2)は、段違いに、穴をあけて、波形で、または直線形で構成される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレート(2)は、カーボン繊維、高度に強化された合成材料、非鉄金属、特殊合金、またはチタンで構成される請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレート(2)の全幅(b)は、前記孔における前記研磨作用切断リングの幅よりも1%から20%薄い、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレートには、テンションスプリングが挿入されるためのスリット(2a)が設けられる、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記複数の凹部(3)は、前記研磨作用切断リングが型板によって予め押し込まれることで形成され、または加工設備によって研磨されることで形成される、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)製造方法。
- 前記切断ホイール(1)の直径(D)は400mm以上である、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記研磨作用切断リングは、研磨砂、バインダ、フィラーの混合物を含む、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレート(2)が前記複数の凹部(3)に嵌め込まれる、請求項14に記載の前記切断ホイール(1)のための製造方法。
- 前記切断ホイール(1)の幅(T)に対する直径(D)の比率が、90よりも上である、請求項5に記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレート(2)は板金で構成される、請求項10に記載の切断ホイール(1)。
- 前記2つの締付プレート(2)の全幅(b)は、前記孔における前記研磨作用切断リング(1)の幅よりも5%から10%薄い、請求項11に記載の切断ホイール(1)。
