Description
1.運搬や施工の際(例えば天井裏に昇って、施工する際など)、作業者が疲労しやすく、また作業時間も長くかかる。
2.粘着層付きの鉛シート等のように遮音材を粘着剤で空調機器へ貼る付ける場合、遮音材が自重によりずり落ちることがある。その為ダクトなどの空調機器の内面や外面に鋲を接着剤で固定した上で遮音材を突き刺し先端を折り曲げる等の方法でずり落ち防止処置を必要とすることが多く施工に手間がかかる。
3.遮音材が貼り付けられた空調機器の総重量が重くなるので、特にダクトなどの空中配設部分などにおいては吊り具や支柱が必要になることがあり、施工に手間がかかるだけでなく、使用可能な建物空間が狭くなる。
本発明において、制振シート用の有機高分子材料は、損失正弦(tanδ)のピーク値が1.5以上であれば、特に限定されないが、極性基を有する高分子材料が好ましい。このような高分子材料の例として、クロロプレンゴム、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム、フッ素系ゴム、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリビニルブチラール、クロロスルフォン化ポリエチレン、塩素化ポリエチレン、塩化ビニル系樹脂、塩素化塩化ビニル系樹脂、塩化ビニリデン系樹脂、塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデン共重合体、フッ素系ポリマー、臭素系ポリマー、ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリアミド系熱可塑性エラストマーなどが挙げられる。
また、拘束部材の厚みは好ましくは0.05〜5.0mmであり、縦弾性係数が10GPa以上の硬い拘束部材の場合は、厚みは好ましくは0.05〜2.0mmである。
尚、本発明は下記実施例のみに限定されるものではない。
(実施例1)
塩素化ポリエチレン(昭和電工社製、商品名「エラスレン402NA」、塩素含有量40重量%)100重量部と塩素化パラフィン(旭電化社製、商品名「E500」、塩素含有量 50重量%、平均炭素数14、炭素数12〜16=99重量%)200重量部とをロール練り機で混練し、得られた混練物を120℃でプレスして、厚さ1.0mmの制振シートを得た。樹脂混練物のtanδは3.5であった。この制振シートを所要サイズにカットしてその片面に拘束部材として0.2mmの鋼板(中村商事社製、縦弾性係数250GPa)を、粘着剤を用いずに制振シートの粘着性を利用して貼り合わせ積層した。こうして、制振シートと拘束部材からなる全厚1.2mmの制振材を作製した。
ダクトの外面に鋲を接着剤で固定し、実施例1の制振材に替えて鉛シート(東邦亜鉛社製、商品名「ソフトカーム」、厚み=0.5mm)を突き刺し、ずり落ちないようにし、粘着剤を用いてダクト外面の全面に貼り付けたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして防音ダクトを作製し評価した。
実施例1の制振材に替えて塩ビ系シート(ゼオン化成社製、商品名「サンダムDM、厚み=1.5mm」)を、粘着剤を用いてダクト外面の全面に貼り付けたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして防音ダクトを作製し評価した。
(損失正接測定)
粘弾性スペクトロメータ(岩本製作所社製)を用いて、測定周波数100Hz、資料長15mm、歪み量20μmの条件で測定温度−80℃〜80℃の範囲で昇温速度6℃/minにて測定を行った。得られた損失引張弾性率(E”)を貯蔵引張弾性率(E’)で除する事で損失正接を算出し、ピーク値を求めた。その結果、実施例1では3.5、比較例2では0.5であった。
空調機器を運転し、測定時間を5秒とし、等価騒音レベルLAeqで評価した。マイクロフォンは、ダクト外面中央から20cm離れた地点に設置した。この測定結果によると、比較例1では57dB、比較例2では60dBであったものが、実施例1では56dBまで低下した。
[制振材又は遮音材の重量]を[ダクト外面の全面積]で除してダクト外面1m2当たりに付加される重量を求めた。その結果、比較例1では5.8kg、比較例2では2.6kgであったものが、実施例1では2.4kgと軽量であった。

- 有機高分子材料が、塩素含有量20〜70重量%の塩素系高分子材料と炭素数12〜16で且つ塩素含有量30〜70重量%の第1塩素化パラフィンおよび炭素数20〜50で且つ塩素含有率30〜70重量%の第2塩素化パラフィンの混合物とからなる樹脂組成物を有し損失正接(tanδ)のピーク値が1.5以上である有機高分子材料からなる制振シートの片面に縦弾性係数が1GPa以上である拘束部材が積層された制振材が、空調機器の内面又は外面の少なくとも一部に貼り付けられていることを特徴とする防音空調機器。
- 制振材が平面部に貼り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の防音空調機器。
- 制振材の周囲に保護テープが貼り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の防音空調機器。
