Claims (9)
- DC/DCコンバータの第1電力装置側の電圧(以下、1次電圧という。)を制御する1次電圧制御モードと、前記DC/DCコンバータの第2電力装置側の電圧(以下、2次電圧という。)を制御する2次電圧制御モードと、前記DC/DCコンバータを介して前記第1電力装置と前記第2電力装置との間を流れる電流の値が閾値を上回らないように、前記1次電圧又は前記2次電圧を制御する電流制限モードとのうち、少なくとも2つのモードを動作モードとして備える、前記第1電力装置と前記第2電力装置との間に配置され、スイッチング素子を所定のデューティで駆動するDC/DCコンバータと、
前記スイッチング素子を駆動する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部が、各前記動作モードにおいて、積分動作を含むフィードバック制御により前記デューティを設定することで、前記少なくとも2つの動作モードの切替時に、切替前後の前記デューティを連続させる
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ装置。 - 請求項1記載のDC/DCコンバータ装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記各動作モードにおいて、前記フィードバック制御の積分項を設定し、
前記動作モードの切替時に、切替前後の前記デューティが略等しくなるように、切替後の前記動作モードにおける前記積分項を設定する
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ装置。 - 請求項2記載のDC/DCコンバータ装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記各動作モードにおいて比例動作、前記積分動作及び微分動作を含む前記フィードバック制御を行い、
前記動作モードの切替時に、切替前の前記動作モードにおけるデューティと、切替後の前記動作モードにおける比例項及び微分項との差に基づいて、切替後の前記動作モードにおける前記積分項を設定する
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ装置。 - 請求項3記載のDC/DCコンバータ装置において、
前記制御部は、前記動作モードが前記1次電圧制御モード又は前記2次電圧制御モードである場合に、前記1次電圧又は前記2次電圧を目標電圧に設定するためのフィードフォワード制御をさらに行う
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ装置。 - 請求項4記載のDC/DCコンバータ装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記動作モードが前記1次電圧制御モード又は前記2次電圧制御モードに切り替わる時に、切替前の前記動作モードにおけるデューティと、切替後の前記動作モードにおける前記比例項、前記微分項及び前記フィードフォワード制御のフィードフォワード項との差に基づいて、切替後の前記動作モードにおける前記積分項を設定する
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のDC/DCコンバータ装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記第1電力装置側での断線の可能性の有無に基づいて、前記1次電圧制御モードから前記2次電圧制御モードへの切替又は前記2次電圧制御モードから前記1次電圧制御モードへの切替を行うか、
あるいは、前記電流の値が前記閾値を上回るか否かに基づいて、前記1次電圧制御モード又は前記2次電圧制御モードから前記電流制限モードへの切替を行い、さらに、前記電流制限モードへの切替後に、前記1次電圧又は前記2次電圧を監視して前記電流制限モードでの制御から前記1次電圧制御モード又は前記2次電圧制御モードでの制御に復帰する
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のDC/DCコンバータ装置を備え、
前記第1電力装置は、補機に接続され、且つ前記1次電圧を発生する蓄電装置であり、
前記第2電力装置は、車輪を回転させる電動機と、該電動機を駆動するインバータに接続され且つ発電電圧を発生する発電装置とを有し、前記発電電圧又は前記電動機が発電機として動作したときに前記インバータに発生する回生電圧を前記2次電圧とする
ことを特徴とする電気車両。 - 請求項7記載の電気車両において、
前記発電装置が、燃料電池である
ことを特徴とする電気車両。 - DC/DCコンバータの第1電力装置側の電圧(以下、1次電圧という。)を制御する1次電圧制御モード、前記DC/DCコンバータの第2電力装置側の電圧(以下、2次電圧という。)を制御する2次電圧制御モード、及び前記DC/DCコンバータを介して前記第1電力装置と前記第2電力装置との間を流れる電流の値が閾値を上回らないように、前記1次電圧又は前記2次電圧を制御する電流制限モードのうち、少なくとも2つのモードを動作モードとして備える、前記第1電力装置と前記第2電力装置との間に配置され、スイッチング素子を所定のデューティで駆動するDC/DCコンバータの制御方法において、
前記スイッチング素子を駆動する制御部が、各前記動作モードにおいて、積分動作を含むフィードバック制御により前記デューティを設定することで、前記少なくとも2つの動作モードの切替時に、切替前後の前記デューティを連続させる
