Description
図1は、この実施形態に係る燃料電池車両10(以下、「FC車両10」ともいう。)の概略全体構成図であり、当該FC車両10に燃料電池システム12(以下、「FCシステム12」ともいう。)が適用される。
この実施形態に係るFC車両10及びFCシステム12は、以上のように構成される。
第1実施例(第1の特徴)は、FC車両10が時間経過に伴って加速走行、クルーズ走行、及び、減速走行を行う場合に、クルーズ走行時にBATVCU24を直結状態にすると共にFCVCU22の昇圧動作を継続し、その後、BATVCU24の直結状態を解除することにより、FCVCU22及びBATVCU24の双方が直結状態になることを回避するものである。
第2実施例(第2の特徴)は、FC車両10が時間経過に伴って加速走行、クルーズ走行、及び、減速走行を行う場合に、クルーズ走行時にBATVCU24を直結状態にすると共にFCVCU22の昇圧動作を継続し、その後、減速走行時に、FCVCU22及びBATVCU24の双方を一時的に直結状態にして、FC発電電流Ifcが、当該FC発電電流Ifcの指令電流(目標電流)であるFC発電電流指令値Ifccomに追従しない場合(FC発電電流Ifcに対する制御が不能になる場合)に、BATVCU24の直結状態を解除する。つまり、第2実施例は、FCシステム12のさらなる電力損失の低減を図るため、FCVCU22及びBATVCU24を敢えて一時的に直結状態にするものである。
以上説明したように、この実施形態に係るFC車両10及びFCシステム12によれば、ECU26は、BATVCU24における2次側2Sの負荷端電圧Vinvと1次側1SbのFC発電電圧Vfcとの差の絶対値(電圧差Vd)がセンサマージン電圧Vsmg未満となる場合、あるいは、FC34からFCVCU22に流れるFC発電電流IfcとFC発電電流指令値Ifccomとの差の絶対値(電流差Id)が許容電流値Ifcthを超える場合に、BATVCU24を直結状態から昇降圧状態に切り替える。

Claims (7)
- 燃料電池電圧を出力する燃料電池と、
蓄電装置電圧を出力する蓄電装置と、
負荷と、
前記燃料電池電圧を調整して前記負荷に印加する第1電圧調整装置と、
前記蓄電装置電圧を調整して前記負荷に印加する第2電圧調整装置と、
前記第1電圧調整装置及び前記第2電圧調整装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第2電圧調整装置における前記負荷側の2次電圧と前記燃料電池電圧との差の絶対値が所定の許容電圧値未満となる場合、あるいは、前記燃料電池から前記第1電圧調整装置に流れる燃料電池電流と当該燃料電池電流の指令値との差の絶対値が所定の許容電流値を超える場合、前記第2電圧調整装置を直結状態から電圧調整状態に切り替えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項1記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1電圧調整装置を電圧調整状態に維持しつつ、前記第2電圧調整装置を電圧調整状態から直結状態に切り替えた後に、
前記2次電圧と前記燃料電池電圧との差の絶対値が前記許容電圧値未満になるときに、前記第2電圧調整装置を直結状態から電圧調整状態に切り替えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池電圧を検出する第1電圧センサと、前記2次電圧を検出する第2電圧センサとをさらに備え、
前記許容電圧値は、前記第1電圧センサの測定誤差と前記第2電圧センサの測定誤差との和であることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項1記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1電圧調整装置を電圧調整状態に維持しつつ、前記第2電圧調整装置を電圧調整状態から直結状態に切り替えた後に、
前記第2電圧調整装置を直結状態に維持しつつ、前記第1電圧調整装置を電圧調整状態から直結状態に切り替え、
前記燃料電池電流と前記指令値との差の絶対値が前記許容電流値を超えるときに、少なくとも前記第2電圧調整装置を直結状態から電圧調整状態に切り替えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項4記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、前記第2電圧調整装置を直結状態から電圧調整状態に切り替えた場合、前記燃料電池電圧又は前記蓄電装置電圧と、前記2次電圧の制御誤差の許容値との和を前記2次電圧の指令値に設定することを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電源システムにおいて、
前記第1電圧調整装置は、前記燃料電池電圧を2次電圧に昇圧して前記負荷に印加する昇圧コンバータであり、
前記制御装置は、前記第2電圧調整装置の2次電圧と前記燃料電池電圧との差の絶対値が前記許容電圧値未満となる場合、あるいは、前記燃料電池電流と前記指令値との差の絶対値が前記許容電流値を超える場合、前記第2電圧調整装置を直結状態から昇圧状態に切り替えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電源システムの前記負荷に、車両の駆動モータが含まれることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。
