Claims (5)
- 突合せ溶接部に脆性き裂の発生、伝播が想定される溶接構造体において、突合せ溶接部に交差するように配置された骨材に、表層部および裏層部において3mm以上の厚み領域にわたり、0.5〜5μmの平均円相当粒径を有すると共に、当該領域の集合組織が板面に平行な面において(100)結晶面のX線面強度比が1.5以上である表層細粒層を有する鋼板を用いてクラックアレスターの機能を付与し、前記突合せ溶接部と骨材とが交差する領域のうち、少なくとも突合せ溶接部のビード幅方向でのビード幅以上の幅Wで、かつ脆性き裂の伝播が想定される骨材の表面または裏面から骨材の板厚の70%以上の骨材の板厚方向の長さBを有する範囲を溶接して、突合せ溶接部を伝播してきた脆性き裂を前記骨材に導くようにしたことを特徴とする、耐脆性破壊特性に優れた溶接構造体。
- 前記溶接構造体が船舶の船殻外板であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐脆性破壊特性に優れた溶接構造体。
- 前記船殻外板の板厚が50mm以上の厚手材であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の耐脆性破壊特性に優れた溶接構造体。
- 前記骨材が、前記表層細粒層を有する鋼板を少なくとも2枚以上積層させたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐脆性破壊特性に優れた溶接構造体。
- 前記骨材が、前記表層細粒層を有する鋼板と構造用鋼板とを積層させたものであって、該骨材を成すこれら積層された各鋼板のうちの少なくとも表裏最外層を成す鋼板は前記表層細粒層を有する鋼板からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の耐脆性破壊特性に優れた溶接構造体。
