Claims (19)
- 伝動装置配置構造、特に自動車のための伝動装置配置構造において、内燃機関からの出力が伝達される中央軸(2)と、中央軸(2)からの出力が伝達される出力軸(3)とを備え、伝動装置配置構造に、少なくとも1セットの遊星歯車伝動装置(8,9,10)と、前記中央軸(2)と出力軸(3)とを接続して動力を伝達する乾式のクラッチ(KGZ)および変速比を変更するために前記遊星歯車伝動装置(8,9,10)の一要素を制動する乾式のブレーキ(BB,BC,BD,BG)の少なくとも1つと、前記クラッチ(KGZ)およびブレーキ(BB,BC,BD,BG)の少なくとも1つをそれぞれ操作する機構とが設けられており、該機構の少なくとも1つが、支点、力点および作用点を有するレバー機構を有しており、前記力点にエネルギ蓄え器(14,15,17)によって力が導入され、前記作用点において前記クラッチ(KGZ)およびブレーキ(BB,BC,BD,BG)の少なくとも1つのプレッシャプレート(21,23,26,27,28,29)に前記導入された力が作用するようになっており、かつ前記機構が、前記レバー機構における支点の位置を変更するための支点位置変更手段を有していることを特徴とする、自動車のための伝動装置配置構造。
- 少なくとも1つのクラッチ(KGZ)またはブレーキ(BB,BC,BD,BG)が、電子式の制御部と作用結合しており、該電子式の制御部により操作される、請求項1記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 少なくとも1セットの遊星歯車伝動装置(8,9,10)が、ベース側のオイル槽に対応配置されており、該遊星歯車伝動装置(8,9,10)がはねかけ式オイル潤滑により潤滑かつ/または冷却される、請求項1または2記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- シフトプロセスの制御がオイル回路なしに遂行される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 前記支点位置変更手段が、電動モータ(57,58,59,60)を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 前記支点位置変更手段は、前記レバー機構のレバーに当接して支点を形成する当接部と、前記当接部を移動するために中央軸(2)もしくは出力軸(3)の回転軸線を中心に旋回可能なスライドガイド機構(12,18)とを有し、前記レバー機構が中央軸(2)もしくは出力軸(3)に対して半径方向で延在して配置されており、電動モータ(57,60)により、スライドガイド機構(12,18)が中央軸(2)もしくは出力軸(3)の回転軸線を中心に旋回させられ、これにより、レバー機構の支点が半径方向で移動させられ、これにより同時に、支点と力点との間の間隔に対する支点と作用点との間の間隔の比が変更される、請求項5記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- スライドガイド機構(12)に、前記当接部をガイドする弧状のスリットと、前記当接部をガイドする半径方向に延びるスリットとが設けられている、請求項6記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- スライドガイド機構(18)に、前記当接部をガイドする溝が設けられており、該溝がスパイラル状に形成されていて、複数の周回を成す、請求項6記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 前記レバー機構が中央軸(2)もしくは出力軸(3)に対してリング状に配置されており、電動モータ(58,59)により、保持リングが中央軸(2)もしくは出力軸(3)の回転軸線を中心に旋回させられ、これにより、レバー機構の支点が周方向で移動させられ、これにより同時に、支点と力点との間の間隔に対する支点と作用点との間の間隔の比が変更される、請求項5記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 7つの前進ギアが3セットの遊星歯車伝動装置(8,9,10)により実現されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 機関側から被動側に向かって見て、まずシングル遊星歯車伝動装置セット(8)が配置されており、次にダブル遊星歯車伝動装置セット(9)が配置されており、最後にラビニヨ型セット(10)が配置されている、請求項10記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 遊星歯車伝動装置セット(8,9,10)が互いに隣り合っており、これにより、これらの遊星歯車伝動装置セット(8,9,10)が、はねかけ式オイル潤滑のための唯一の共通のオイル室(61)を形成する、請求項10または11記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 中央軸(2)が出力軸(3)内および内燃機関のクランク軸内でのみ支承されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 伝動装置を内燃機関に組み付ける前に、中央軸(2)の、内燃機関側の端部が、閉鎖されたブレーキ(BB,BC,BD)により保持される、請求項13記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 少なくとも1つのブレーキ(BB,BC,BD,BG)に、水冷部が設けられている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 水冷部が、内燃機関の冷却水回路に接続されている、請求項15記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- 水冷部が、別個の冷却水回路に接続されている、請求項15記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- デュアルマスフライホイール(ZMS)が、内燃機関と中央軸(2)との間の力伝達経路内に配置されている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
- クラッチ(KAG)が、内燃機関と中央軸(2)との間の力伝達経路内に配置されており、クラッチカバーが、最も内側の中空軸に相対回動不能に結合されており、クラッチディスク(64)が中央軸(2)に相対回動不能に結合されている、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の伝動装置配置構造。
