Description
図1は、本発明に係るボールねじアクチュエータの第1の実施形態を示す縦断面図である。このボールねじアクチュエータ1は、前述した変速機用電動駆動装置に用いられ、電動モータ2により回転駆動されるボールねじ軸3と、このボールねじ軸3にボール(図示せず)を介して螺合されたボールねじナット4とを備え、このボールねじナット4の軸方向の動きを、揺動リンク5を介して回動運動として駆動シャフト6に伝達し、変速機のシフト動作を行わせるようにしている。

Claims (4)
- 電動モータと、この電動モータに嵌挿されたモータ軸と、このモータ軸と同心状に配設され、前記電動モータにより回転駆動されるボールねじ軸と、このボールねじ軸にボールを介して螺合され、外周面に一対の係止ピンが対向して突設されたボールねじナットとを備え、このボールねじナットの軸方向の動きを、前記係止ピンに係合する揺動リンクを介し回動運動として駆動シャフトに伝達するようにしたボールねじアクチュエータにおいて、前記モータ軸の一端部に前記ボールねじ軸が連結され、このボールねじ軸が前記電動モータに内蔵された一対の転がり軸受によって片持ち状に回転自在に支承されると共に、前記一対の転がり軸受のうち一方の転がり軸受の内部すきまを他方よりも小さく設定することにより、前記一方の転がり軸受でスラスト荷重を負荷するようにしたことを特徴とするボールねじアクチュエータ。
- 前記一対の転がり軸受のうち一方の転がり軸受を円筒ころ軸受、他方の転がり軸受を深溝玉軸受とした請求項1に記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
- 前記モータ軸の一端部に前記ボールねじ軸が一体に設けられている請求項1または2に記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
- 前記モータ軸の一端部に、一端にインロー部が形成されたボールねじ軸が連結されている請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載のボールねじアクチュエータ。
