前記大径筒部は、開口に比して内径が小さい薄肉部を有し、
前記開口から前記薄肉部に至るまでに、前記小径筒部に向かうに従って前記大径筒部の内径を縮径する第1テーパ部を設け、
前記大径筒部の内周壁に、前記アウタ部材の外周壁に設けられた凹部に挿入される厚肉部を設け、
前記厚肉部は、前記開口の端部を起点とし且つ前記小径筒部に向かうに従って前記大径筒部の内径を縮径するとともに、円周方向で前記第1テーパ部に連なり且つ該第1テーパ部と縮径終端を同一とする第2テーパ部を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 等速ジョイントのアウタ部材の外周壁に緊締される大径筒部と、軸部材の側周壁に緊締される小径筒部と、前記大径筒部と前記小径筒部との間に介在して前記大径筒部から前記小径筒部に向かうに従って縮径する蛇腹部とを具備する継手用ブーツであって、
前記大径筒部は、開口に比して内径が小さい薄肉部を有し、
前記開口から前記薄肉部に至るまでの内周壁に、前記開口から延在する等径部と、円周方向に直交する方向で前記等径部に連なるとともに、前記小径筒部に向かうに従って前記大径筒部の内径を縮径する第1テーパ部とを設け、
前記大径筒部の開口から前記小径筒部に向かって延在するとともに、前記等径部、前記第1テーパ部及び前記薄肉部から隆起し且つ前記薄肉部に比して肉厚が大きく設定され、前記アウタ部材の外周壁に設けられた凹部に挿入される厚肉部を設け、
前記厚肉部は、前記開口の端部を起点とし且つ前記小径筒部に向かうに従って前記大径筒部の内径を縮径するとともに、円周方向で前記第1テーパ部に連なり且つ該第1テーパ部と縮径終端を同一とする第2テーパ部を有することを特徴とする継手用ブーツ。 - 請求項1記載のブーツにおいて、前記第1テーパ部及び前記第2テーパ部から延在する仮想線と、前記大径筒部の直径との交差角度が35°〜55°であることを特徴とする継手用ブーツ。
- 請求項1又は2記載のブーツにおいて、前記第1テーパ部及び前記第2テーパ部の縮径終端が、前記大径筒部の外周壁に設けられた緊締部材装着溝の幅方向の範囲内であることを特徴とする継手用ブーツ。
