Description
昭和高分子株式会社製不飽和ポリエステル樹脂「リゴラック3156 B−50」100重量部、出光石油化学製スチレンモノマー25重量部、日本油脂株式会社製過酸化物系硬化剤「パーブチルO」1.36重量部、日本油脂株式会社製過酸化物系硬化剤「パーロイルTCP」0.58重量部及び三共精粉株式会社製蛍石粉末「H100」180重量部を配合し、ミキサーを用いて十分に混練し、脱泡した。得られた樹脂組成物は、樹脂(A)の配合重量比126.94重量部に対し、フッ化カルシウム(b1)180重量部を含有しており、樹脂(A)の配合重量比100重量部に対する値で言えば、フッ化カルシウム(b1)142重量部を含有するものである。
・「バスピカ」
株式会社ツムラ製浴室洗浄剤「バスピカ」に25℃で96時間浸漬。
・「バスマジックリン」
花王株式会社製浴室洗浄剤「バスマジックリン」に25℃で96時間浸漬。
・「おふろのルック」
ライオン株式会社浴室洗浄剤「おふろのルック」に25℃で96時間浸漬。
・塩酸
濃塩酸(市販品)の含有量が5体積%となるように水で希釈した希塩酸に25℃で24時間浸漬。
・アイゾット衝撃強度
JIS K7110に準拠し、23℃、相対湿度50%の恒温室内で、幅3mmの2号A試験片を用い、公称エネルギー5.5Jの振り子を用い、衝撃速度3.5m/秒にて測定した。
・曲げ強度、曲げ弾性率、たわみ率
JIS K7171に準拠し、23℃、相対湿度50%の恒温室内で、長さ80mm、幅10mm、厚さ3mmの試験片を用い、支点間距離50mm、曲げ速度2mm/分にて測定した。
実施例1において、蛍石粉末「H100」の配合量を54重量部とし、さらに三共精粉株式会社製炭酸カルシウム「エスカロン#200」126重量部を配合した以外は実施例1と同様にして人工大理石を作成し評価した。炭酸カルシウム「エスカロン#200」の実施例1と同様に測定した平均粒子径は、4.7μmである。得られた樹脂組成物は、樹脂(A)の配合重量比126.94重量部に対し、フッ化カルシウム(b1)54重量部及び炭酸カルシウム126重量部を含有しており、樹脂(A)の配合重量比100重量部に対する値で言えば、フッ化カルシウム(b1)43重量部及び炭酸カルシウム99重量部を含有するものである。評価結果を表1にまとめて示す。
実施例1において、蛍石粉末「H100」180重量部の代わりに、アルコア化成株式会社製水酸化アルミニウム「B−308」180重量部を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして人工大理石を作成し評価した。評価結果を表1にまとめて示す。
実施例1において、蛍石粉末「H100」180重量部の代わりに、炭酸カルシウム「エスカロン#200」180重量部を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして人工大理石を作成し評価した。評価結果を表1にまとめて示す。
実施例1において、蛍石粉末「H100」180重量部の代わりに、水酸化アルミニウム「B−308」54重量部及び炭酸カルシウム「エスカロン#200」126重量部を配合した以外は実施例1と同様にして人工大理石を作成し評価した。評価結果を表1にまとめて示す。
Claims (7)
- 不飽和ポリエステル樹脂及びフッ化カルシウム(b1)を含有する樹脂組成物からなる人工大理石。
- 不飽和ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して、フッ化カルシウム(b1)を10〜400重量部含有する請求項1記載の人工大理石。
- フッ化カルシウム(b1)の平均粒子径が0.1〜500μmである請求項1又は2記載の人工大理石。
- さらに他の無機フィラー(b2)を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の人工大理石。
- フッ化カルシウム(b1)及び他の無機フィラー(b2)からなる無機フィラー(B)を、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して50〜400重量部含有する請求項4記載の人工大理石。
- フッ化カルシウム(b1)と他の無機フィラー(b2)との配合重量比(b1/b2)が0.1〜10である請求項4又は5記載の人工大理石。
- 他の無機フィラー(b2)が炭酸カルシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、シリカ、マイカ、タルクからなる群から選択される1種以上である請求項4〜6のいずれか記載の人工大理石。
