Description
(A)アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体樹脂(AS樹脂)100質量部に対して、(B)繊維状無機充填剤0.001〜1.0質量部を含有するAS樹脂組成物であって、前記組成物から得られる成形体が下記の各要件を満たしている、AS樹脂組成物を提供する。
(a)全光線透過率(JIS K6714)が80%以上
(b)落球衝撃度(厚み3mmのプレートに対して112gの鉄球を落下させたとき、前記プレートが壊れない最大高さ)が20cm以上
(c)曲げ弾性率(ISO178)が3000MPa以上
(d)曲げ強度(ISO178)が100MPa以上
(e)荷重たわみ温度(1.80MPa)が80℃以上
(b)落球衝撃度(実施例に記載の測定方法による)は20cm以上である;
(c)曲げ弾性率(ISO178)は3000MPa以上であり、好ましくは3500MPa以上である;
(d)曲げ強度(ISO178)は100MPa以上である;
(e)荷重たわみ温度(1.80MPa)は80℃以上である。
表1に示す樹脂成分に対して充填剤成分をドライブレンドして、組成物を得た。得られた組成物を用いて下記の各測定試験をした。結果を表1に示す。
(a)全光線透過率(%)及びへーズ(%)
各組成物を成形温度230℃で射出成形して、9cm×5cm×3mmの試験片を作製した。これらの試験片を用いて、JIS K6714に準拠して、全光線透過率(%)、ヘーズ(%)を測定し、透明性の指標とした。
図1〜図3により、試験方法を説明する。図1は、落球衝撃試験に用いる治具1の斜視図であり、図中の数値は寸法(mm)を示している。治具1は、水平面上に置かれている。
上記試験片を用いて、ISO178に準拠して測定した。
上記試験片を用いて、ISO75に準拠して測定した。
上記試験片を用いて、JIS K7105に準拠して測定した。
上記試験片を用いて、目視にて評価、下記の基準で判断した。
○:濁りがほとんどない透明感,×:濁りのある透明感もしくは透明感なし
(樹脂成分)
・AS樹脂:ダイセルポリマー社製 セビアンN 050SF
・PS1:ダイセルポリマー社製 GPPS HRM63C
・PS2:東洋スチレン社製 トーヨースチロールGP MW2C
・透明ABS樹脂:ダイセルポリマー社製 セビアンV T180
(充填剤成分)
・ホウ酸アルミニウムウイスカー1:四国化成社製 アルボレックスYS3A(繊維径0.5〜1.0μm、繊維長10〜30μm、アスペクト比10〜60、表面処理剤アミノシラン系)
・ホウ酸アルミニウムウイスカー2:四国化成社製 アルボレックスYS2B(繊維径0.5〜1.0μm、繊維長10〜30μm、アスペクト比10〜60、表面処理剤エポキシ系)
・沈降性硫酸バリウム:堺化学社製 B55(平均粒子径0.6μm)
・ゴム成分:カネカ社製 カネエース B56 (メチルメタクリレート-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体)
・滑剤成分:ステアリルアルコール
・ブルーイング剤成分:三菱化学社製 アンスラキノン系誘導体 ブルーG
Claims (3)
- (A)アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体樹脂(AS樹脂)100質量部に対して、(B)繊維状無機充填剤としてのウィスカー0.001〜1.0質量部を含有するAS樹脂組成物であって、前記組成物から得られる成形体が下記の各要件を満たしている、AS樹脂組成物。
(a)全光線透過率(JIS K6714)が80%以上
(b)落球衝撃度(実施例に記載の方法による)が21cm以上
(c)曲げ弾性率(ISO178)が3500MPa以上
(d)曲げ強度(ISO178)が120MPa以上
(e)荷重たわみ温度(1.80MPa)が80℃以上 - さらに0.5ppm〜5ppm(質量基準)のブルーイング剤を含有する、請求項1記載のAS樹脂組成物。
- 厚み3mm以下のシート状の成形体用である、請求項1又は2記載のAS樹脂組成物。
