従来、第1種のパチンコ機においては、始動口にパチンコ球が入賞すると、表示器に表示される特別図柄が変動を開始し、その後、変動中の特別図柄が大当たり図柄で停止すれば、大入賞口が所定の開放パターンで作動する大当たり遊技状態に移行する。従って、遊技者からすれば、表示器に表示される特別図柄が変動中は、大当たり遊技状態に移行するかもしれないという期待感から、特別図柄が停止するまで表示器の表示内容に関心を持つことになる。

そこで、遊技者の期待感を煽るため、現在変動中の特別図柄が大当たり図柄で停止する可能性があることを前もって知らせる単発予告表示物を表示器に表示させるものがある。

また、特許第3101646号公報に記載された遊技機には、上述した大当たり遊技状態に相当する大当たりが事前決定されておりかつ始動入賞記憶数が2以上である遊技状態について、大当たり予告の報知が行われることが記載されている。例えば、キャラクタのみを用いた大当たり予告の報知方法では、3つ目の始動記憶が大当たりとなることが事前に決定されているとすると、通常時には、所定のキャラクタが可変表示部の画面の左横に横向きで表示されおり、まず、1つ目の始動記憶に対応して、キャラクタの色が変化し、次に、2つ目の始動記憶に対応して、キャラクタが手を上に上げる動作を行い、そして、3つ目の始動記憶に対応して、キャラクタが正面を向く動作を行う。

そして、特許第3101646号公報の記載によれば、このような大当たり予告の報知が行われると、大当たり予告が変化に富んだものになり、遊技者の興趣を向上させるようになり、また、真の大当たりの予告に加えて偽りの大当たりの予告をある確率で行うようにすれば、大当たりの予告の報知が行われる頻度が高くなるので、遊技者の遊技に対する意欲を向上させることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許第3101646号のパチンコ機における大当たり予告の報知は、所定の条件が満たされると大当たり予告の報知が行われるため、このような大当たりの報知を望まない遊技者にとっては、遊技を行う上で邪魔な演出になるという問題があった。すなわち、遊技者が大当たり予告が必要であるか否かを選択することができなかったのである。したがって、特許第3101646号のパチンコ機は、大当たり予告が不必要な遊技者から敬遠さけられるおそれもあった。

そこで、本発明は、上述した問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、大当たり予告を行うか否かを、遊技者が選択することができるパチンコ機を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題点を解決するためになされた本発明に係るパチンコ機は、遊技盤の前面に設けられ、パチンコ球が転動する遊技領域と、前記遊技領域内に設けられた始動口と、前記始動口にパチンコ球が入賞したことを検出する始動口スイッチと、を備え、第1所定範囲を周期的にカウントアップしていく大当たりカウンタの値及び図柄カウンタの値を、前記始動口スイッチによりパチンコ球が前記始動口に入賞したことを検出したタイミングで取得値として複数の記憶領域に記憶・保留するとともに、遊技進行に従って過去に記憶された保留から順に前記取得値を読み出して、読み出した前記大当たりカウンタの取得値が予め定められた大当たり値と一致するか否かを判定し、前記大当たりカウンタの取得値が予め定められた大当たり値と一致すると判定したときは、図柄表示装置の表示器に種々の演出内容を伴って図柄を変動・表示する際に、前記図柄カウンタの取得値に基づいて決定された大当たり図柄を表示して、遊技者に有利な大当たり遊技状態とするとともに、前記大当たり遊技状態後は、前記図柄表示装置の表示器に表示された前記大当たり図柄が所定の通常大当たり図柄である場合に通常状態に移行し、前記図柄表示装置の表示器に表示された前記大当たり図柄が所定の確変大当たり図柄である場合に前記大当たりカウンタの取得値になり得る前記大当たりカウンタの値の個数に対する前記大当たり値の個数の割合が前記通常状態より高く設定される確変状態に移行するパチンコ機において、遊技者からの操作を受け付ける操作手段を備え、予告的中率が異なる複数の演出パターンと第2所定範囲を周期的にカウントアップしていく予告選択カウンタの値との対応関係を記憶する第1予告選択テーブルと、前記第1予告選択テーブルよりも予告的中率が高い演出パターンが選択される確率を低くした第2予告選択テーブルと、前記第2予告選択テーブルよりも予告的中率が高い演出パターンが選択される確率を低くした第3予告選択テーブルと、を備え、前記操作手段において遊技者の操作を受け付けた場合に、前記記憶領域に保留されている前記大当たりカウンタの取得値が大当たり値と一致するか否かを判定するとともに、前記記憶領域に保留されている前記大当たりカウンタの取得値が大当たり値と一致すると判定された場合には、前記記憶領域に保留されている図柄カウンタの取得値に基づいて大当たり遊技状態後に通常状態と確変状態のいずれに移行するか判定し、該判定結果において、前記記憶領域に保留されている前記大当たりカウンタの取得値の内、いずれかの取得値が大当たり値と一致すると判定された場合であって、且つ該大当たりが前記確変状態へと移行する大当りである場合には、前記予告選択カウンタの値を取得し、該取得した予告選択カウンタの値と前記第1予告選択テーブルに基づいて前記記憶領域の保留が大当りとなる可能性を遊技者に報知する大当たり予告演出を選択し、該選択された大当たり予告演出を前記図柄表示装置の表示器に表示し、該判定結果において、前記記憶領域に保留されている前記大当たりカウンタの取得値の内、いずれかの取得値が大当たり値と一致すると判定された場合であって、且つ該大当たりが前記通常状態へと移行する大当りである場合には、前記予告選択カウンタの値を取得し、該取得した予告選択カウンタの値と前記第2予告選択テーブルに基づいて前記記憶領域の保留が大当りとなる可能性を遊技者に報知する大当たり予告演出を選択し、該選択された大当たり予告演出を前記図柄表示装置の表示器に表示し、該判定結果において、前記記憶領域に保留されている前記大当たりカウンタの取得値が、いずれも大当たり値と一致しないと判定された場合には、前記予告選択カウンタの値を取得し、該取得した予告選択カウンタの値と前記第3予告選択テーブルに基づいて前記記憶領域の保留が大当りとなる可能性を遊技者に報知する大当たり予告演出を選択し、該選択された大当たり予告演出を前記図柄表示装置の表示器に表示することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1の実施の形態)
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照にして説明する。まず、第1の実施の形態について説明する。図12は、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1の正面図である。本実施の形態のパチンコ機1は、第1種のパチンコ機であって、図12に示すように、遊技盤2の上に、表示器4を備えた図柄表示装置3や、始動口5、大入賞口6などが設けられ、上皿に操作ボタン66が設けられたものである。すなわち、本実施の形態のパチンコ機1では、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞すると、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの図柄が変動し、その後、変動中の3つの図柄が所定の組合せで停止した場合には、所定の開放パターンで大入賞口6が作動する、「大当たり遊技状態」になるものである。そして、後述するように、操作ボタン66のボタンAの操作により、大当たり予告を行うか否かを任意に選択することができるようになっている。

この点、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄について説明すると、当該図柄は、ここでは、図13に示すように、「1」,「2」,「3」,「4」,「5」,「6」,「7」,「8」,「9」,「10」,「11」,「12」の12種類が用意されている。そして、この12種類の図柄は、図14に示すように、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に設けられた左図柄表示領域7及び、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9のそれぞれにおいて、原則、「1」→「2」→「3」→「4」→「5」→「6」→「7」→「8」→「9」→「10」→「11」→「12」→「1」→…の順番で変動した後、左図柄表示領域7、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9の順番で停止する。したがって、左図柄表示領域7に停止・表示される図柄が特許請求の範囲に記載の「第1停止図柄」となる。
以下、左図柄表示領域7、中図柄表示領域8、右図柄表示領域9に停止して表示された図柄の組合せを「最終停止図柄」という。

従って、図16に示すように、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9に表示されている図柄が変動中は、図15に示す所定の組合せのいずれか一つで停止して「大当たり遊技状態」に移行する可能性があり、このとき、遊技者は期待感を有することになる。そこで、遊技者が期待感を有するような状態、すなわち、図16に示すように、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9に表示されている図柄が変動中の状態を、「リーチ状態」と呼んでいる。また、左図柄表示領域7及び中図柄表示領域8が同じ図柄で停止・表示され、且つ、右図柄表示領域9が違う図柄で停止・表示された状態の組合せの図柄を、「ハズレリーチ図柄」と呼んでいる。さらに、この「リーチ状態」では、遊技者の期待感を煽るために、図柄表示装置3の表示器4において、各種の「リーチ映像」が表示される。ここでは、「リーチ映像」は、リーチA、リーチB、及びリーチCの3種類が用意されており、それらのいずれかが表示される。

そして、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作は、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される2つのカウンタの値等に基づいて決定される。ここでは、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの図柄を所定の組合せ(図15に示すもの)で停止させるか否か、すなわち、「大当たり遊技状態」にするか否かを、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される一方のカウンタの値に基づいて決定しており、さらに、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される3つの各図柄について、「1」,「2」,「3」,「4」,「5」,「6」,「7」,「8」,「9」,「10」,「11」,「12」の12種類のうち、どの数字を「大当たり図柄」にするかについては、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞した直後に取得される他方のカウンタの値に基づいて決定している。

また、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作は、上述したように、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞したことをトリガとして開始されるものであるが、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄が変動中に、さらに、始動口5にパチンコ球が入賞したときは、その入賞時に取得した2つのカウンタの値を記憶・保留しておき、当該変動中の図柄が停止した直後に、又は、当該変動中の図柄が所定の組合せ(図15に示すもの)で停止した場合には「大当たり遊技状態」が終了した直後に、記憶・保留していた2つのカウンタの値に基づいて、図柄表示装置3の表示器4に表示される図柄の変動・停止の動作を開始する。尚、ここでは、記憶・保留される2つのカウンタの値は、4組まで保有することが可能である。
