Claims (26)
- 切換可能な排気熱交換器であって、排気供給管路と、排気流用排気排出管路と、排気排出管路へと通じた第1、第2排気通路と、排気通路間で排気流を切り換えるための切換弁とを有し、冷却液を流通させる熱交換器が第1排気通路内に配置されており、第2排気通路が排気流を熱交換器の脇で排気排出管路へと案内し、切換弁(40)が内燃機関の冷却液温度に依存して切り換えられており、
切換弁(40)が排気流を流通させる弁の室領域(43)とそれとは流体上分離された弁の頭領域(42)とを有し、弁の頭領域(42)を冷却液が流通し、
冷却液がサーモスタット(30)の周囲を流れ、サーモスタット(30)によって、温度に依存して軸線方向揚程を実行するサーモスタット(30)のサーモスタット調整器(31)によって、切換弁(40)の切換が行われ、揚程が8〜16mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする、切換可能な排気熱交換器。 - サーモスタット(30)による切換が戻しばね(32)の作用に抗して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 冷却液の回路中に熱交換器(21)の下流側でサーモスタット(30)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 切換弁(40)が、調整要素として弁胴(41)内に配置されるディスク弁(65)を有し、このディスク弁が弁ディスク(66)とこの弁ディスク(66)から突出する弁棒(68)とを有し、サーモスタット(30)が弁棒(68)に直接作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- ディスク弁(65)の少なくとも弁ディスク(66)が触媒被覆を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 弁ディスク(66)が研削等の機械加工されたエッジを有することを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- サーモスタット(30)が切換弁(40)の弁棒(68)と同軸で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- サーモスタット(30)が切換弁(40)の弁胴(41)に直接配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 弁胴(41)を成端するキャップ(60)内にサーモスタット(30)が配置されており、キャップ(60)が冷却液用流出口(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- キャップ(60)が回転可能に弁胴(41)に配置されており、流出口(19)の方向が回転方向に整列可能であり、キャップ(60)が弁胴(41)に対して密封され、止め輪(61)によって固定されて弁胴(41)に固着されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 弁胴(41)内で弁の室領域(43)と弁の頭領域(42)とを流体上分離するために、弁胴(41)と弁棒(68)との間にシール(47)が、弁胴(41)に設けられる環状溝(46)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 切換弁(40)が、両方の排気通路(20、25)のうち選択的に一方に排気流を流通させる傾動弁として構成されており、所定の切換閾値において切換が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 切換弁が比例弁として構成されており、排気流が切換閾値以下のときには両方のうちの一方の排気通路を流通し、切換限界より上のときには両方のうちの他方の排気通路を流通し、切換閾値および切換限界の間では比例的割合で両方の排気通路を流通することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- その排気を排気熱交換器(21)に流通させることのできる内燃機関のコールドスタート温度と運転温度との間に切換閾値があることを特徴とする、請求項12または13記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 切換限界が切換閾値の約10℃上であることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 切換可能な排気熱交換器であって、排気流用排気供給管路および排気排出管路と、第1、第2排気通路と、排気通路間で排気流を切り換えるための切換弁とを有し、冷却液を流通させる熱交換器が第1排気通路内に配置されており、第2排気通路が熱交換器の脇で排気排出管路へと通じており、第1排気通路(20)と第2排気通路(25)が共通のハウジング(15)内に配置され、空隙(27)によって相互に分離されており、
第2排気通路(25)が内管(26)を有し、この内管が片側でのみ、切換弁(40)の弁胴(41)に直接、固着され、気密に溶接されており、内管(26)の第2末端が自由に排気排出管路(12)の方に突出していることを特徴とする、切換可能な排気熱交換器。 - 内管(26)が少なくとも1つの外側支持要素を介して、ハウジング(15)および第1排気通路(20)に対して支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項16記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- この少なくとも1つの支持要素が片側でのみ固着されており、この支持要素は脱離不能に、溶接によって、支持要素が固着箇所に当接する部分を介して固着されていることを特徴とする、請求項17記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- この少なくとも1つの支持要素が内管(26)に固着され、ハウジング(15)もしくは第1排気通路(20)に対して軸線方向で摺動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項18記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 第1、第2排気通路(20、25)が同じ長さであり、排気排出管路(12)に通じた共通する排気集合空間(16)に注ぐことを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 排気通路(20、25)の少なくとも一部が長方形横断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 第1、第2排気通路(20、25)を取り囲むハウジング(15)が切換弁の弁胴(41)に配置され、気密に溶接されており、ハウジング(15)が両方の排気通路(20、25)を受容し、排気排出管路に通じる排気集合空間(16)を限定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 排気流と接触する例えばハウジング(15)、弁胴(41)、弁棒(68)、内管(26)等の部材が金属材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 弁胴(41)が3つの並べて構成される室(44、45)を有し、各室(44、45)が、弁胴から引き出される接続口を有し、中央室(44)が2つの外側室(45)から各1つの隔壁(48)によって分離されており、この隔壁がそれぞれ1つの流通口(49)を有し、流通口(49)が弁調整器によって閉鎖可能であり、中央室(44)の接続口が排気供給管路(11)と、また両方の外側室(45)のそれぞれが各1つの排気通路(20、25)と、流体上接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 冷却液を流通させる熱交換器(21)が内燃機関の冷却回路中に下流側で、内燃機関の直後に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
- 熱交換器(21)の冷却液が内燃機関の冷却液であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項記載の切換可能な排気熱交換器。
