Description
− 第1の前記角度位置で、第1の入口/出口から第2の入口/出口への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
− 第2の前記角度位置で、第1の入口/出口から第3の入口/出口への流体の循環および第4の入口/出口から第2の入口/出口への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
− 第3の前記角度位置で、第1の入口/出口から第4の入口/出口への流体の循環および第3の入口/出口から第2の入口/出口への流体の循環を可能にするように構成される、
流体循環バルブに関する。
− 前記シール要素が360°よりも大きい角度経路を有する、
− 前記第1および第2の入口/出口が径方向である、
− 前記第3の入口/出口は、径方向であって、前記第1の入口/出口に対して前記本体の軸方向端部へ向けて軸方向にオフセットされる、
− 前記第4の入口/出口は、径方向であって、前記第2の入口/出口に対して前記本体の軸方向端部へ向けて軸方向にオフセットされる、
− 前記第3の入口/出口と前記第4の入口/出口とは、前記本体の相対向する軸方向端部へ向けて軸方向にオフセットされる、
− 前記第3および/または第4の入口/出口が軸方向である、
− 前記第1および第2の入口/出口が互いに延長線上にある、
− 前記第1および第2の入口/出口が同じ形状の断面を成す。
− 前記第1および第2の入口/出口は、前記第3および第4の入口/出口よりも大きい断面を成す。したがって、第1の前記角度位置において、バルブは、主に第1の入口/出口から第2の入口/出口への流体の循環を可能にするように構成されてもよい。第1の入口から第2の出口へ循環する流体の流量が他の循環の流量よりも多いときには、流体が主に第1の入口/出口から第2の入口/出口へと循環する。
− 前記デバイスは、いわゆる冷却ラインの領域で前記第3の入口/出口と前記第4の入口/出口との間に接続される熱交換器を更に備える、
− 前記デバイスは、前記第2の入口/出口に接続されるいわゆる非冷却ラインを備える、
− 前記熱交換器が再循環排ガス交換器となるように構成されるとともに、前記バルブが再循環排ガスバルブとなるように構成され、
− 前記熱交換器が給気冷却器となるように構成されるとともに、前記バルブが空気計量バルブとなるように構成される。
− 図1に示される第1の前記角度位置で、第1の入口/出口6から第2の入口/出口7への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
− 図2に示される第2の前記角度位置で、矢印Fにしたがって、第1の入口/出口6から第3の入口/出口21への流体の循環および第4の入口/出口22から第2の入口/出口7への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
− 図3に示される第3の前記角度位置で、第1の入口/出口6から第4の入口/出口22への流体の循環および第3の入口/出口21から第2の入口/出口7への流体の循環を可能にするように構成される。
Claims (13)
- 本体(2)とシール要素(3)とを備え、前記シール要素(3)が前記本体(2)に対する当該要素(3)の回転によって異なる角度位置をとることができ、前記本体(2)が第1の入口/出口(6)、第2の入口/出口(7)、第3の入口/出口(21)、および、第4の入口/出口(22)を有する、特に自動車用の流体循環バルブであって、前記バルブは、
− 第1の前記角度位置で、前記第1の入口/出口(6)から前記第2の入口/出口(7)への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
− 第2の前記角度位置で、前記第1の入口/出口(6)から前記第3の入口/出口(21)への流体の循環および前記第4の入口/出口(22)から前記第2の入口/出口(7)への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
− 第3の前記角度位置で、前記第1の入口/出口(6)から前記第4の入口/出口(22)への流体の循環および前記第3の入口/出口(21)から前記第2の入口/出口(7)への流体の循環を可能にするように構成され、
前記第1の入口/出口(6)および前記第2の入口/出口(7)が径方向であり、
前記第3の入口/出口(21)および前記第4の入口/出口(22)が軸方向である、流体循環バルブ。 - 前記シール要素(3)が360°よりも大きい角度経路を有する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記本体(2)が円形断面の内部円筒ハウジング(4)を備え、前記シール要素が少なくとも1つのシール部分(14)を備え、該シール部分(14)は、前記円筒ハウジング(4)に対して傾けられる平面内に配置されるとともに、少なくとも1つの角度位置で前記シール要素(3)と前記本体(2)との間のシール接触を確保するために、外周母線にて前記ハウジングの側壁(5)と協働する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第3の入口/出口(21)は、径方向であって、前記第1の入口/出口(6)に対して前記本体(2)の軸方向端部へ向けて軸方向にオフセットされる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第4の入口/出口(22)は、径方向であって、前記第2の入口/出口(7)に対して前記本体(2)の軸方向端部へ向けて軸方向にオフセットされる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第3の入口/出口(21)と前記第4の入口/出口(22)とは、前記本体(2)の相対向する軸方向端部へ向けて軸方向にオフセットされる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1の入口/出口(6)および前記第2の入口/出口(7)は、前記第3の入口/出口(21)および前記第4の入口/出口(22)よりも大きい断面を成す、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1の入口/出口(6)および前記第2の入口/出口(7)が互いに延長線上にある、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1の入口/出口(6)および前記第2の入口/出口(7)が同じ形状の断面を成す、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(1)を備える、流体の温度調整のためのデバイス。
- いわゆる冷却ライン(20)の領域で前記第3の入口/出口(21)と前記第4の入口/出口(22)との間に接続される熱交換器(23)を更に備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の入口/出口(7)に接続されるいわゆる非冷却ラインを備える、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- − 前記熱交換器(23)が再循環排ガス交換器となるように構成されるとともに、前記バルブ(1)が再循環排ガスバルブとなるように構成される、あるいは、
− 前記熱交換器(23)が給気冷却器となるように構成されるとともに、前記バルブ(1)が空気計量バルブとなるように構成される、請求項11または請求項12に記載のデバイス。
