Description
また、他の用途として自己充填性コンクリートとして用いられる水硬性組成物を硬化させてなる硬化組成物について、具体的な適用部材としての例を挙げると、上述の条件に該当する壁、バルコニー、柱、はり、スラブ等のSRC造やRC造部材、アンカレイジ躯体、主塔や床等の橋梁構造物、ケーソン、立杭、トンネルの一次及び二次覆工と管路充填および二次製品の場合、ボックスカルバート等の振動製品に応用し、微振動や無振動での製造が可能となる。また、水中不分離コンクリートでは、凝結遅延がなく水中不分離性が得られるので、水中における橋の主塔基礎や橋脚下部への応用が挙げられる。
下記表1に、以下の実施例、比較例で用いた化合物(A)、化合物(B)、比較品を、下記表2に共重合体(C)(便宜的に比較の共重合体も共重合体(C)とした)を示す。なお、表2に示した共重合体(C)中の単量体(c1)と単量体(c2)の合計の含有量は全て100重量%である。共重合体(C)は、特開平7−223852号公報の製造例記載の方法に準じて製造した。
表1、2の成分を表4に示す組み合わせで用い、表3に示す配合条件で、モルタルミキサーを用いて、セメント(C)、細骨材(S)を投入し空練りを10秒行い、化合物(A)と共重合体(C)を含む練り水(W)を加え30秒間攪拌した後、化合物(B)を添加し90秒間混練りした。製造したモルタルをモルタルコーンに詰めて、垂直に引き上げた後、5分後、1時間後、2時間後、3時間後のモルタルフロー値について測定した。結果を表4に示す。尚、5分後のモルタルフロー値の目標値は、250±10mmとした。
水(W):水道水
セメント(C):早強セメント、市販品、密度3.14g/cm3
細骨材(S):川砂 表乾密度2.61g/cm3
表1、2の成分を表6の組み合わせで用いて、コンクリートについて試験した。すなわち、表5に示す配合条件で、100Lの強制二軸ミキサーを用いて、セメント(C)、細骨材(S)、粗骨材(G)を投入し空練りを10秒行い、共重合体(C)及び化合物(B)を含む練り水(W)を加え30秒間攪拌した後、化合物(A)を添加し40Lのコンクリートを90秒間混練りした。製造したコンクリートをミキサー中で5分間静置した後、15秒間攪拌を行い、練板に排出し、以下に示す試験法にしたがってスランプフロー値、流動保持性、分離抵抗性、耐水性(水中での分離抵抗性)及び1日強度について測定した。結果を表6に示す。
○:スランプフローの中心に骨材が残らずに、骨材が局在化せずに均一に分散している。
△:スランプフローの中心に骨材が残るが、骨材がフローの端まで存在する。
×:スランプフローの中心に骨材が残り、フローの端に骨材の無い部分が存在する。

Claims (4)
- カチオン性界面活性剤(A)と、アニオン性芳香族化合物(B)と、共重合体(C)と、水硬性粉体と、水とを含有するECL工法用コンクリートであって、
カチオン性界面活性剤(A)が、10から26個の炭素原子を含む飽和又は不飽和の直鎖又は分岐鎖アルキル基を、少なくとも1つ有する4級塩型カチオン性界面活性剤であり、
アニオン性芳香族化合物(B)が、芳香環を有するカルボン酸及びその塩、芳香環を有するホスホン酸及びその塩、並びに芳香環を有するスルホン酸及びその塩から選ばれるアニオン性芳香族化合物であり、
共重合体(C)が、ポリオキシアルキレン鎖を有する化合物からなるビニル系単量体(c1)に由来する構成単位の1種以上と、カルボキシル基を有する化合物若しくはそれらの塩からなるビニル系単量体(c2)に由来する構成単位の1種以上とを構成成分として含有し、重量比で単量体(c2)/単量体(c1)=0.1〜0.5である共重合体であり、
共重合体(C)を構成する単量体(c1)が一般式(I)で表わされる化合物であり、単量体(c2)が一般式(II)で表わされる化合物であり、
水硬性粉体が早強セメントであり、
水硬性粉体100重量部に対して、共重合体(C)を0.1〜3重量部含有する、
ECL工法用コンクリート。
〔式中、R 1 、R 2 は、それぞれ水素原子又はメチル基であり、AOは炭素数2のオキシアルキレン基であり、nは平均付加モル数であって9〜130の数であり、Xは炭素数1のアルキル基を表す。〕
〔式中、R 3 〜R 5 は、それぞれ水素原子又はメチル基であり、M 1 は水素原子、アルカリ金属、又はアルカリ土類金属を表す。〕 - 水硬性粉体100重量部に対して、カチオン性界面活性剤(A)とアニオン性芳香族化合物(B)を合計で0.01〜20重量部含有する請求項1記載のECL工法用コンクリート。
- カチオン性界面活性剤(A)とアニオン性芳香族化合物(B)の重量比が、(A)/(B)=90/10〜10/90である請求項1又は2記載のECL工法用コンクリート。
- 10から26個の炭素原子を含む飽和又は不飽和の直鎖又は分岐鎖アルキル基を、少なくとも1つ有する4級塩型カチオン性界面活性剤(A)と、
芳香環を有するカルボン酸及びその塩、芳香環を有するホスホン酸及びその塩、並びに芳香環を有するスルホン酸及びその塩から選ばれるアニオン性芳香族化合物(B)と、
ポリオキシアルキレン鎖を有する化合物からなるビニル系単量体(c1)の1種以上と、カルボキシル基を有する化合物若しくはそれらの塩からなるビニル系単量体(c2)の1種以上とを構成成分として含有し、重量比で単量体(c2)/単量体(c1)=0.1〜0.5である共重合体(C)と、
を含有するECL工法用コンクリート用添加剤であって、
共重合体(C)を構成する単量体(c1)が一般式(I)で表わされる化合物であり、単量体(c2)が一般式(II)で表わされる化合物である、
ECL工法用コンクリート用添加剤。
