Claims (10)
- 成形手段(1)と、一回分(D)のプラスティック材料を前記成形手段(1)に供給する供給手段(4)とで構成され、該供給手段が、連続的に一回分を押出機(8)から除去し、前記押出機(8)から前記成形手段(1)へと延びる経路(A)に従うことにより一回分(D)を前記成形手段(1)上に移送するのに適した除去素子(7)を備えている、プラスティック製の物品を圧縮成形する装置において、経路(A)に沿って配置され、調整温度環境を提供するよう構成した温度調整手段(13,113,213,313)が設けられ、その内側で前記一回分(D)が前記押出機(8,108,208)から前記成形手段(1)へと移送されることを特徴とするプラスティック製の物品を圧縮成形する装置。
- 前記温度調整手段が、少なくとも前記押出機(8,108,208)と前記成形手段(1)との間を延びる通路(13,113,213,313)で構成され、一回分(D)を除去して移送する前記素子(7,107)が前記通路(13,113,213,313)に沿って進むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラスティック製の物品を圧縮成形する装置。
- 前記成形手段が、垂直軸線を中心に回転すると共に、複数の成形ユニット(2,102)を備えたカルーセル(1)で構成され、該成形ユニットが前記垂直軸線に対し同心に且つ同一の相互角度間隔で前記カルーセル上に取付けられ、各成形ユニットが上パンチと物品成形用のキャビティ(3,103)を備えた下金型で構成され、前記パンチと前記金型は離間位置と接近位置との間で垂直軸線に沿って相互に整合され、前記カルーセル(1)を発動させる手段が設けられることによって前記成形ユニットが、前記経路(A)に出会う円形経路(B)に従って進み、それに沿って前記一回分除去素子(7,107)が前記押出機(8,108)から除去した前記一回分(D)を相応する成形ユニット(2,102)の成形キャビティ(3,1103)に、前記下金型が相応するパンチから依然として離間している時に、正置し、前記通路(13,113)が少なくとも前記押出機のノズル(8a,108a)から前記成形ユニット(2,102)を備えた前記カルーセルへと延びることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 成形手段が、垂直軸線を中心に回転可能で、複数の成形ユニット(2)を備えたカルーセル(1)で構成され、該成形ユニットが前記垂直軸線に対し同心に且つ同一の相互角度間隔で前記カルーセル上に取付けられ、各成形ユニットが上パンチと物品成形用のキャビティ(3)を備えた下金型で構成され、前記パンチと前記金型は離間位置と接近位置との間で垂直軸線に沿って相互に整合され、前記カルーセル(1)を発動させる発動手段が設けられることによって前記成形ユニットが、前記経路(A)に出会う円形経路(B)に従って進み、それに沿って前記一回分除去素子(7)が前記押出機(8)から除去した前記一回分(D)を移送し、成形すべき一回分(D)のプラスティック材料を供給する前記供給手段が、垂直軸線(Z)を中心に回転するフランジ(6)を備えた回転ヘッド(4)で構成され、前記フランジの下に、前記押出機(8)の分配ノズル(8a)から連続して一回分(D)ずつを除去するために前記除去素子(7)が堅く結合され、前記除去素子(7)各々は相応する金型(2)が相応するパンチから離間している時に前記金型の成形キャビティ(3)に除去された一回分(D)を正置するのに適しており、前記通路(13)が前記ヘッド(4)の前記垂直回転軸線(Z)と同心であって押出機のノズル(8a)から前記除去素子(7)の経路(A)と金型(2)の従う経路(B)との間の接点に延び、前記通路(13)が前記フランジ(6)で閉じられ、前記除去素子(7)用の入口及び出口開口(20,21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記通路(13)が回転ヘッド(4)の回転軸線(Z)と同心の2つの垂直壁(9,10)で画成され、その上縁が前記フランジ(6)の下面と摺動接触し、上底部(11)及び下底部(12)が前記壁間に配されて、高温空気供給源に接続されるダクト(14)を形成し、前記空気を前記通路(13)へと移送する複数の開口(17)が前記上底部(11)内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記除去素子(7)の出入りのための前記開口(20,21)が、前記通路(13)に対し横方向にあって前記壁(9,10)と前記上下底部(11,12)の両端を接続するよう、各仕切(18,19)内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記壁(9,10)がヘッド(4)の回転軸線(Z)と同心で、上底部(11)及び下底部(12)を有する円形の前記通路(13)を形成するよう、円筒形に閉じられ、該上下底部が環状であって両者間に前記高温空気源に接続されるダクト(14)を形成し、2つの開口(22,23)が前記底部(11,12)に形成されて、前記押出機(18)のノズル(8a)の前記通路(13)へのアクセス及び前記金型(2)のキャビティ(3)内への前記一回分(D)の正置ができることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 供給手段、即ち一回分(D)のプラスティック材料を供給する手段が、押出機(208)と、水平軸線を中心に回転し連続して一回分(D)ずつ前記押出機から除去する複数の素子(207)を備えたヘッド(204)と、前記回転ヘッドの下に接して配したキャップ(C)用コンベヤ(23)とで構成され、前記コンベヤとのほぼ接点で前記キャップ(C)に前記一回分(D)を正置するよう前記除去素子が発動され、通路(213)が、熱的調整される空気源に接続されると共に、前記除去素子(207)が回転して前記押出機(208)と前記接点との間を延びる第1半円部と、前記一回分を含む前記キャップが進む第2直線部とで構成され、前記通路(213)が前記除去素子(207)の通過できる開口を備えた壁(209,210)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 一回分(D)のプラスティック材料を供給する前記供給手段が、垂直軸線を中心に回転すると共に、キャップ(C)を保持する把持素子(27)及び一回分(D)のプラスティック材料を押出機(308)から除去する素子(307)を備えたヘッド(304)と、前記キャップを前記成形カルーセル(33)上に移送する星形コンベヤ(32)とで構成され、前記把持素子各々が相応する除去素子と整合され、前記除去素子(307)が前記押出機から一回分を除去する位置と前記一回分を前記キャップに正置する位置との間で作動し、前記通路(313)が熱的調整される空気源に接続され、部分的に前記回転ヘッド(304)の周りを、部分的に前記星形コンベヤ(32)の周りを延び、それに沿い前記一回分が正置された後の前記キャップ(C)が進むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記温度調整手段(13,113,213,313)が、前記押出機(8,108,208)と前記一回分(D)からの熱を利用するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置。
