Description
a)次式の分子構造を有する少なくとも65重量%のスチレンブロックコポリマー
S−(I/B)−S(1)または[S−(I/B)]nX(2)[式中、各Sは独立に、主としてスチレンのポリマーブロックであり、(I/B)は、相互の重量比が30/70から70/30の範囲にある主としてイソプレンとブタジエンとの実質的にランダムなポリマーブロックであり、前記ポリマーブロック(I/B)が、高くとも−60℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)(ASTM E−1356−98により求められる)を有し、nは、2以上の整数であり、Xは、カップリング剤の残基であり、前記スチレンブロックコポリマーが、28重量%から31重量%の範囲にあるポリ(スチレン)含有量を有し、10,000から15,000の範囲にある真の分子量をもつポリ(スチレン)ブロックSを有し、完全なブロックコポリマーの見掛け分子量が110,000から160,000の範囲にあり、かつ、ジブロックS−(I/B)が、場合によって、最大20モル%の含有量で生じる]、
b)成分(a)とは異なる5重量%から25重量%の熱可塑性樹脂、
c)0重量%から10重量%の可塑性オイル
を含み、成分a、bおよびcのパーセンテージの和は100%であり、および重量パーセンテージはすべて完全な組成物の重量を基準にしたものである、ゲルを含まない透明フィルムを製造するために使用することのできる組成物を提供する。
S−(I/B)−S (1)または[S−(I/B)]nX (2)
[式中、各Sは独立に、主としてスチレンのポリマーブロックであり、(I/B)は、相互の重量比が、40/60重量%〜60/40重量%、好ましくは45/55重量%〜55/45重量%、さらに好ましくは48/52重量%〜52/48重量%の範囲にあるイソプレンとブタジエンとが実質的にランダムに重合された混合物のコポリマーブロックであり、前記(I/B)ブロックは、高くとも−60℃、好ましくは−85℃〜−75℃の範囲にあるガラス転移温度(Tg)(ASTM E−1356−98により求められる)を有し、nは、2以上の整数であり、Xは、カップリング剤の残基である。
RLi
[式中、Rは、1〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族、脂環式、アルキル置換された脂環式、芳香族または、アルキル置換された芳香族炭化水素基であり、その中でsec.ブチルが好ましい]
を有する有機リチウム化合物である。
第2の異なる熱可塑性ポリマー成分(b)はポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン樹脂、クマロン−インデン樹脂、ポリインデン樹脂、ポリ(メチルインデン)樹脂、α−メチルスチレン樹脂、ポリフェニレン樹脂(さらに、特に、ポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)または前記樹脂の混合物、またはスチレンとα−メチルスチレン、メチルスチレン、ビニルトルエンなどの他の相溶性コモノマーとのコポリマーの群から選択することができる。
適切な可塑剤には、性質がパラフィン系またはナフテン系である低芳香族含有量炭化水素オイルなどの可塑性オイルが含まれる(DIN51378によって求められた芳香族炭素分布<5%、好ましくは<2%、さらに好ましくは0%)。それらの製品は、SHELLFLEX、CATENEXおよびONDINAオイルなどの、Royal Dutch/Shellグループ企業から市販されている。他のオイルには、Witco製のKAYDOLオイル、またはArco製のTUFFLOオイルまたはEXXON−MOBIL製のPRIMOLオイルが含まれる。他の可塑剤には、REGALREZ R−1018のような相溶性液体粘着性賦与樹脂が含まれる。(SHELLFLEX、CATENEX、ONDINA、KAYDOL、TUFFLO、PRIMOLおよびREGALREZは商標である)。
本発明による接着剤組成物に、他のゴム成分を組み込んでもよい。また様々な他の成分を添加して、本発明の組成物および得られたフィルムの粘着力、臭気、色を改善できることが、当技術分野において知られている。また、抗酸化剤および他の安定化成分を添加して、熱、光、および加工または貯蔵の間に誘発される劣化から、本発明の組成物を保護することができる。
フィルムを製造するための本発明による組成物の調製方法に関しては、特別の制約が課されることはない。
本発明による組成物は、透明な、ゲルを含まない、好ましくは無色透明の、流延押出成形フィルムまたは押出吹込成形フィルムの製造に使用され、加工条件下での、フィルムの機械的特性と組成物の粘度との組合せは、非常に興味がもたれるものであることが分かった。
・ 溶融流速(MFR):ASTM D 1238−95(230℃、2.16kg)
・ ASTM D 882−81による引張り特性(フィルムで試験
・ ヒステリシス:フィルムを100mm/秒(荷重段階)の速度で80%まで伸張し、30秒間保持し、次いで、緩和して応力をゼロ(非荷重段階)にする。第2のサイクルは、第1のサイクルの直後に続く。ヒステリシスは、荷重段階および非荷重段階間のエネルギーにおける差として測定する。永久伸びは、第1のサイクル(応力ゼロ)の元の試料長および第2のサイクル(応力ゼロ)前の試料長の間の差として測定する。
Claims (4)
- a)次式の分子構造を有する少なくとも65重量%のスチレンブロックコポリマー
S−(I/B)−S(1)または[S−(I/B)]nX(2)[式中、各Sは独立に、主としてスチレンのポリマーブロックであり、(I/B)は、相互の重量比が30/70から70/30の範囲にある主としてイソプレンとブタジエンとのランダムなポリマーブロックであり、前記ポリマーブロック(I/B)が、高くとも−60℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)(ASTM E−1356−98により求められる)を有し、nは、2以上の整数であり、Xは、カップリング剤の残基であり、前記スチレンブロックコポリマーが、28重量%から31重量%の範囲にあるポリ(スチレン)含有量を有し、10,000から15,000の範囲にある真の分子量をもつポリ(スチレン)ブロックSを有し、完全なブロックコポリマーの見掛け分子量が110,000から160,000の範囲にある]、

- 請求項1又は2に記載の組成物から製造された、押出成形された単層または多層フィルム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の組成物から製造された、個人用衛生用途のための流延または吹込成形された単層または多層フィルム。
