Claims (1)
- 厚さ方向に押圧して圧延され、平板状に構成されたグラファイトシートと、
アルミ箔によって構成され、上記グラファイトシートを表裏面から覆い、上記グラファイトシートの全周から突出してその突出した部分が上記グラファイトシートの厚さ方向の中間で互いに貼り合わせられた一対の被覆シートと、
を備え、
上記一対の被覆シートの貼り合わせ部分にグラファイトの粉末が分散し、
上記グラファイトシートの端縁は潰れて上記被覆シートの貼り合わせ部分に当接したことを特徴とする熱拡散シート。
