Description
Claims (9)
- 必須成分としてCrを0.2〜6.0重量%含有し、更にFe、Niの少なくともいずれかを合計で2.0〜12.0重量%含有し、残部がIrからなるスパークプラグ用の貴金属合金。
- 更に、Rhを0.5〜15重量%含有する請求項1に記載の貴金属合金。
- 表面にCr−Fe系酸化物又はCr−Ni系酸化物若しくはCr−Fe−Ni系酸化物からなる酸化物層が形成された請求項1又は請求項2に記載の貴金属合金。
- 酸化物層の厚さが5〜100μmである請求項3記載の貴金属合金。
- 酸化物層は、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の貴金属合金を、酸化雰囲気中、300〜900℃で加熱する拡散処理により形成されるものである請求項3又は請求項4記載の貴金属合金。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の貴金属合金を製造し加工する方法であって、
合金を構成する金属からなる粉末又は小片を高周波誘導加熱法により溶解・鋳造し小径のマーブル状インゴットを2個以上製造し、
前記マーブル状インゴットを相互に当接させると共に、接触部を溶解させて接合して一体化し、
一体化したインゴットを塑性加工する貴金属合金の製造加工方法。 - 塑性加工は、鍛造加工、圧延加工、スウェージング加工、引き抜き加工の1以上の工程を経るものである請求項6記載の貴金属合金の製造加工方法。
- 鍛造加工、圧延加工、スウェージング加工、引き抜き加工の工程中、不活性又は還元性雰囲気中で熱処理を行う請求項7記載の貴金属合金の製造加工方法。
- マーブル状インゴットの重量は5〜500gとする請求項6〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の貴金属合金の製造加工方法。
