Claims (4)
- 反負荷側軸受及び負荷側軸受によって支持されるモータ軸の先端に、ピニオンが形成されているピニオン付きモータであって、前記モータ軸又はこれに自身の一部が固定された部材と、自身の他の特定の部材との間の軸方向距離が所定の範囲内に収められる付設機構を備えたピニオン付きモータにおいて、
前記反負荷側軸受は、その内輪がモータ軸に、外輪がモータケースにそれぞれ固定されており、
前記負荷側軸受は、その内輪がモータ軸と締まり嵌めされると共に、外輪がモータケースと隙間嵌めされている
ことを特徴とするピニオン付きモータ。 - 請求項1において、
前記モータ軸が、弾性部材にて反負荷側軸受方向に付勢されていることを特徴とするピニオン付きモータ。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記反負荷側軸受の内輪と前記モータ軸とが、前記締まり嵌めのほか、止め輪によっても固定されていることを特徴とするピニオン付きモータ。 - 反負荷側軸受及び負荷側軸受によって支持されるモータ軸の先端に、ピニオンが形成されているピニオン付きモータであって、前記モータ軸又はこれに自身の一部が固定された部材と、自身の他の特定の部材との間の軸方向距離が所定の範囲内に収められる付設機構を備えたピニオン付きモータと、
該ピニオン付きモータと連結される相手機械と、を備えた動力伝達装置において、
前記反負荷側軸受は、その内輪がモータ軸に、外輪がモータケースにそれぞれ固定され、
前記負荷側軸受は、その内輪がモータ軸と締まり嵌めされると共に、外輪がモータケースと隙間嵌めされ、
前記ピニオンがヘリカル又は直交ピニオンであり、且つ、
前記モータケースと連結される相手機械のケースとの間に、シムが配置可能とされている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
