Claims (4)
- 부하반대측 베어링 및 부하측 베어링에 의해 지지되는 모터축의 선단에, 피니언이 형성되어 있는 피니언 장착 모터로서, 상기 모터축 또는 이에 자신의 일부가 고정된 부재와, 자신의 다른 특정한 부재 사이의 축방향거리가 소정의 범위 내에 들게 되는 부설(付設)기구를 구비한 피니언 장착 모터에 있어서,상기 부하반대측 베어링은, 그 내륜이 모터축에, 외륜이 모터 케이스에 각각 고정되고 있고,상기 부하측 베어링은, 그 내륜이 모터축과 억지 끼움(interference fit)됨과 함께, 외륜이 모터 케이스와 틈새 끼움(clearance fit)되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피니언 장착 모터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모터축이, 탄성부재로 부하반대측 베어링방향으로 바이어스되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피니언 장착 모터.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 부하반대측 베어링의 내륜과 상기 모터가, 상기 억지 끼움 이외에, 스톱링에 의해서도 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피니언 장착 모터.
- 부하반대측 베어링 및 부하측 베어링에 의해 지지되는 모터축의 선단에, 피니언이 형성되어 있는 피니언 장착 모터로서, 상기 모터축 또는 이에 자신의 일부가 고정된 부재와, 자신의 다른 특정한 부재 사이의 축방향거리가 소정의 범위 내에 들게 되는 부설기구를 구비한 피니언 장착 모터와,이 피니언 장착 모터와 연결되는 상대기계,를 구비한 동력전달장치에 있어서,상기 부하반대측 베어링은, 그 내륜이 모터축에, 외륜이 모터 케이스에 각각 고정되고,상기 부하측 베어링은, 그 내륜이 모터축과 억지 끼움(interference fit)됨과 함께, 외륜이 모터 케이스와 틈새 끼움(clearance fit)되고,상기 피니언이 헬리컬 또는 직교 피니언이며, 또한,상기 모터 케이스와 연결되는 상대기계의 케이스와의 사이에, 심(shim)이 배치 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
