Description
(A)100重量部の、少なくとも1つの有機シロキサンコポリマーであって、一般式(I)R1 nSiO(4−n)/2を持ち、式中、各R1は独立に、水素原子、または1〜10炭素原子を含む1価の炭化水素基から選ばれ、但し、R1の80モル%より多くがメチル基であり、nは0.8〜1.5の値であり、該コポリマーの50モル%より多くがR1SiO3/2単位を含み、0.2〜5重量%の水酸基含量を持ち;
(B)10〜120重量部の、少なくとも1つのポリ有機シロキサンであって、一般式(II)R2R3 2SiO(R3 2SiO2/2)a(R3SiO3/2)bSiR3 2R2を持ち、式中、各R2は独立に、水素原子、1〜10炭素原子を含む1価の炭化水素基、水酸基、またはアルコキシ基から選ばれ、各R3は独立に、水素原子、または1〜10炭素原子を含む1価の炭化水素基から選ばれ、aは2〜2000の整数であり、bは、b/(a+b)が0〜0.05になるように選ばれ;ならびに
(C)10〜150重量部の、少なくとも1つの金属アルコキシド
を含む組成物である。
安定性の格付け:優(Excellent):透明
秀(Very Good):透明だが僅かに固体有り
不良(Poor) :相分離

Claims (14)
- (A)100重量部の、少なくとも1つの有機シロキサンコポリマーであって、一般式(I)R1 nSiO(4-n)/2を持ち、式中、各R1は独立に、水素原子、または1〜10炭素原子を含む1価の炭化水素基から選ばれ、但し、R1の80モル%より多くがメチル基であり、nは0.8〜1.5の値であり、該コポリマーの50モル%より多くがR1SiO3/2単位を含み、0.2〜5重量%の水酸基含量を持ち;
(B)10〜120重量部の、少なくとも1つのポリ有機シロキサンであって、一般式(II)R2R3 2SiO(R3 2SiO2/2)a(R3SiO3/2)bSiR3 2R2を持ち、式中、各R2は独立に、水素原子、1〜10炭素原子を含む1価の炭化水素基、水酸基、またはアルコキシ基から選ばれ、各R3は独立に、水素原子、または1〜10炭素原子を含む1価の炭化水素基から選ばれ、aは2〜2000の整数であり、bは、b/(a+b)が0〜0.05になるように選ばれ;ならびに
(C)50〜140重量部の、少なくとも1つの金属アルコキシド
を含む組成物。 - 各R1が独立に1〜8炭素原子を含むアルキル基から選ばれ、nが1〜1.5の値である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 各R1がメチルであり、nが1〜1.3の値であり、前記有機シロキサンコポリマーの70モル%より多くがR1SiO3/2単位を含み、該有機シロキサンコポリマーがSiO4/2単位を本質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(B)の各R2が、1〜8炭素原子を含む独立に選ばれたアルキル基である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 各R2がメチルである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記金属アルコキシドが式M(OR4)4を持ち、式中、Mがチタンまたはジルコニウムであり、各R4が独立に、1〜12炭素原子を含むアルキル基、または1〜12炭素原子を含み4つ未満の水酸基を含有するヒドロキシル化されたアルキル基から選ばれる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記金属アルコキシドが式M(OR4)4を持ち、式中、Mがチタンであり、各R4が6〜12炭素原子を含むアルキル基である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中の成分(C)の量が、成分(B)の量以上である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 水、有機溶媒、およびシリコーン化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1つのキャリア(D)を更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 水、有機溶媒、およびシリコーン化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1つのキャリア(D)を、成分(A)100重量部につき10〜400重量部更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(A)100重量部につき40〜200重量部の成分(D)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分を混合することを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を、基板へと適用することを含む、基板処理方法。
- 前記基板が、皮革、木材、テキスタイル、繊維、および石材から選ばれる、請求項13に記載の基板処理方法。
