Claims (3)
- 異種金属により形成され、被測定液中に浸漬される一対の電極を備えたセンサーと、前記センサーにおける電極間に生成される起電力のピーク値を検出してホールドするピークホールド手段と、前記ピークホールド手段によってホールドされた電圧値に対応して溶存オゾン濃度の表示を行なう濃度表示手段とを具備したことを特徴とするオゾン水濃度測定装置。
- 前記センサーを構成する一対の電極間には、被測定液の溶存オゾン濃度に対する前記起電力の直線性を調整する抵抗体が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオゾン水濃度測定装置。
- 前記センサーを構成する一方の電極材として金(Au)を、他方の電極材として銀塩化銀(Ag/AgCl)を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のオゾン水濃度測定装置。
