Description
特表平1−502491号公報に記載された偏光で生物刺激するための治療用ランプは、回転放物光反射面を有するリフレクタを備える。該リフレクタは、熱伝導接着によってサポートメンバに取り付けられる。該サポートメンバの外面に沿って伸びる垂直な溝は、リフレクタの冷却に用いられる表面を増加させる。
特開2002−216531号公報に記載されたプロジェクタ用の光源装置も、外面に複数の溝部を有する反射鏡を開示する。該溝部は、反射鏡周辺に空気の乱流を引き起こす。
しかし、特表平1−502491号公報及び特開2002−216531号公報に記載された溝や溝部を設けるためには、サポートメンバ又は反射鏡の外壁に一定の壁厚が必要であり、不都合である。

Claims (30)
- 照明器具(1)であって、反射鏡(2)と、該反射鏡(2)からの放熱を改善する装置と、を備え、
放熱を改善する前記装置は、円形くぼみ(36)を具備する渦発生構造体を有し、
前記渦発生構造体は、前記反射鏡(2)の表面の少なくとも1領域に規則的なマトリックス状に設けられると共に、低温及び高温流体層の混合を導く照明器具。 - 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡の外側(6)に接続されるか、その上に配置される請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、放射を、特に熱放射を吸収する表面を有する請求項1または2に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、放射を、特に熱放射を吸収する被膜(8)を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 熱放射を吸収する前記被膜(8)は、前記反射鏡の前記外側(6)上に配置されるか、それに付着される請求項4に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡(2)に接続されたヒートシンク(16)を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記反射鏡との接続領域に、前記反射鏡に一致した形状を有する請求項6に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡上に、特に前記反射鏡の前記外側に配置された熱伝導性層を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 空気冷却機構によって規定される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記空気冷却機構は、ベンチレータまたは対流冷却機構を含む請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 少なくとも1つの発光手段によって規定される請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記発光手段は、超高圧ランプ、特にショートアークランプか、またはハロゲンランプを有する請求項11に記載の照明器具。
- 前記反射鏡は、冷光反射鏡を有する請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 破砕防止ハウジングによって規定される請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 少なくとも1つの遮光開口を有するハウジングによって規定される請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡との熱的潤滑接続部を有する請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置には、弾性的であるか、前記反射鏡の形状に一致して、前記反射鏡(2)に貼り付くカップが設けられている請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡(2)と接触する金属フォイル(34)を有する請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記反射鏡(2)は、金属、ガラス、結晶化ガラスまたはプラスチックの材料のうちの少なくとも1つを有する請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記反射鏡(2)は、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリメチルメタクリレート、環状オレフィン、オレフィンコポリマー、またはポリエーテルスルホンのプラスチックのうちの少なくとも1つを含む材料を有する請求項18に記載の照明器具。
- 前記反射鏡(2)は、複合材料を有する請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡(2)の化学蒸着または物理蒸着膜を有する請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記反射鏡(2)は、自己清浄表面を備えている請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の照明器具。
- 反射鏡(2)であって、特に、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の器具用の放熱を改善する装置を有し、
放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡(2)の表面の少なくとも1領域に規則的なマトリックス状に設けられた渦発生構造体を有し、
前記渦発生構造体は、円形くぼみ(36)を有すると共に、低温及び高温流体層の混合を導く反射鏡。 - 放熱を改善する前記装置は、前記反射鏡(2)の表面の少なくとも1領域に被膜(8)を有する請求項24に記載の反射鏡。
- 前記被膜は、前記反射鏡の外側(6)に付着される請求項25に記載の反射鏡。
- 前記被膜(8)は、放射を、特に熱放射を吸収する請求項25または26に記載の反射鏡。
- 前記被膜(8)は、高い熱伝導性を有する層を備えている請求項25〜27のいずれか1項に記載の反射鏡。
- 前記被膜は、2層(81、82)を有し、第1層(81)は、放射を吸収し、第2層(82)は、前記第1層(81)に被せて配置されて、高い熱伝導性を有する請求項25〜28のいずれか1項に記載の反射鏡。
- 放熱を改善する前記装置は、反射鏡本体(3)の表面拡大冷却構造体、たとえば、冷却リブ(31)またはノブを有する請求項24〜29のいずれか1項に記載の反射鏡。
