Claims (9)
- 走査信号線に接続されたトランジスタと、画素電極と、上記トランジスタの一方の導通電極から引き出された引き出し配線と、該引き出し配線には重ならず、上記画素電極との重なりによって保持容量を形成する保持容量配線と、該保持容量配線から延伸する延伸配線とを備え、
該延伸配線の一部と上記引き出し配線の一部とが絶縁層を介して重なる重畳部が設けられ、

上記延伸配線は上記走査信号線よりも細く形成されていることを特徴とするアクティブマトリクス基板。 - 上記画素電極には切り欠き部が形成され、該切り欠き部の少なくとも一部が、上記引き出し配線の該導通電極から上記接続部までの部分と重なっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 上記切り欠き部は、上記画素電極のエッジ部分に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 上記延伸配線の端部と上記引き出し配線の端部との重なり部分が上記重畳部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 上記画素電極には液晶分子配向制御用スリットが設けられ、上記延伸配線の少なくとも一部が上記液晶分子配向制御用スリットと重なっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 上記画素電極には液晶分子配向制御用スリットが設けられ、上記引き出し配線の少なくとも一部が上記液晶分子配向制御用スリットと重なっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板を備えることを特徴とする液晶パネル。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板を備えることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
- 請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置と、テレビジョン放送を受信するチューナ部とを備えたテレビジョン受像機。
