Claims (4)
- 断面X字状もしくは十字状をなす補強材を内部に有する中空成形品を液圧にて膨出成形する際に予備成形品として使用される偏平袋構造の重ね合わせ板材を製造する方法であって、
二枚の平板状の補強板を重ね合わせた上でX字状もしくは十字状の交点に相当する位置に溶接を施して予備成形補強材を製造する工程と、
予備成形補強材の上下にそれよりも大きな平板状の板材を重ね合わせた上で、予備成形補強材を形成している補強板同士の間に、導電性を有し且つ溶接打点位置相当部以外の部位を切り欠いた略櫛形状の溶接防止板を挿入して、上側の補強板の周縁部と上側の板材同士、下側の補強板の周縁部と下側の板材同士をそれぞれ重ね抵抗溶接にて同時に溶接する工程と、
板材の周縁部同士を連続溶接にて溶接して袋構造の重ね合わせ板材として仕上げる工程と、
を含むを特徴とする液圧成形用重ね合わせ板材の製造方法。 - 上記重ね抵抗溶接用の電極の被溶接材に対する接触面の形状が楕円形もしくは偏平矩形状のものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧成形用重ね合わせ板材の製造方法。
- 上記溶接防止板は銅板もしくは銅合金板であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液圧成形用重ね合わせ板材の製造方法。
- 上記溶接防止板材の先端形状が先細りのナイフエッジ状のものとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の液圧成形用重ね合わせ板材の製造方法。
