Description
(a)平坦な側面上に位置するウェブを除く外周に沿って、前記第1中空形材を切りあけ;
(b)部分的に切りあけられている前記第1中空形材を、前記平坦な側面に位置するウェブの周囲で折り曲げ;
(c)切りあけ及び折り曲げによって得られている、第1中空形材の対向末端中に、前記第2中空形材を挿入し;そして
(d)前記第2中空形材と前記第1中空形材とを、第1中空形材の前記対向末端の一部である端部領域で一体的に連結させる
工程を含む、本発明によるガセット構造の製造方法によって解決される。

Claims (11)
- ビークル用支持フレームのY形ガセット構造であって、
中空形材から製造されるY形ガセット構造が、2つの中空形材(1,2)を含み、その第1中空形材(1)が、平坦な側面を少なくとも1つ有し、及び外周に沿って、前記平坦な側面中に位置するウェブ(1c)以外の部分が切りあけられており、及び前記ウェブ(1c)の周囲で曲げ開かれていること、並びに、第2中空形材(2)の表面が、第1中空形材(1)の切りあけ及び曲げ開き工程によって生成されている対向末端(1a,1b)中に挿入されており、前記第1中空形材(1)の端部領域(1e)は、前記第2中空形材(2)と一体的に連結しており、そして、前記端部領域(1e)の各々は、前記対向末端(1a,1b)の各々の一部であることを特徴とする、前記ガセット構造。 - 前記の2つの中空形材(1,2)の輪郭が、溶接可能な程度で相互に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガセット構造。
- 第1中空形材(1)の対向末端(1a,1b)が、前記第2中空形材(2)に隣接する突出している端部領域(1f)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のガセット構造。
- 前記の平坦な側面に隣接する各々の側面上で、第1中空形材(1)が切りあけられている位置において、長方形の小片(1g)が、前記切りあけ部に関して対称的に切り出されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガセット構造。
- 前記の切り出された小片(1g)が、丸みのある角を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガセット構造。
- 請求項1に記載のガセット構造を製造する方法であって、方法に関連する以下の工程、すなわち:
(a)第1中空形材(1)を、平坦な側面上に位置するウェブ(1c)以外の部分の外周に沿って切りあけ;
(b)部分的に切りあけられている第1中空形材(1)を、前記平坦な側面に位置するウェブ(1c)の周囲で折り曲げ;
(c)切りあけ及び折り曲げによって得られている、第1中空形材(1)の対向末端(1a,1b)中に、第2中空形材(2)を挿入し;そして
(d)第2中空形材(2)と第1中空形材(1)とを、第1中空形材の端部領域(1e)で一体的に連結させ、そして、前記端部領域(1e)の各々は、前記対向末端(1a,1b)の各々の一部である
工程を特徴とする、前記方法。 - 第1中空形材(1)を切りあける前に、第1中空形材の外周の回りに外側隆起(1x)を設け、そして前記外側隆起(1x)の中間を介して前記の切りあけを実施することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 内部高圧金属形成によって、第1中空形材(1)に前記外側隆起(1x)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- レーザービーム切断によって前記第1中空形材(1)を切りあけることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 溶接又ははんだ付けによって前記中空形材(1,2)が連結することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- レーザービーム技術を用いて溶接又ははんだ付けを実施することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
