Description
(a)連続製造加工において、シート状ストリップの縦方向に対して平行に延びており、そして、異なる厚さ及び/又は品質を有するストリップから、シートメタルストリップを製造し、
(b)前記シートメタルストリップから、直線状の切断末端部を有する個々のシート状金属セクションを、所定の長さで切断し、そして、
(c)局所強化ゾーンが、より大きな厚さ及び/又はより高い品質を有するストリップ中に位置するような方法で、第1シート状金属セクションのストリップの縦方向に対して横方向へ直線状に延びる接合ラインによって、前記シート状金属ストリップの第1シート状金属セクションを第2シート状金属セクションへ接合する。
Claims (3)
- 局所強化ゾーン(13,14,21,22,34〜37)少なくとも1つを有する自動車車体部品の製造用の、特に鋼製の、シート状金属プレートを製造する方法であって、
以下の工程:
(a)連続製造加工において、シート状ストリップの縦方向に対して平行に延びており、そして、異なる厚さ及び/又は品質を有するストリップ(2〜6)から、シート状金属ストリップ(1)を製造し、
(b)前記シート状金属ストリップ(1)から、直線状の切断末端部を有する個々のシート状金属セクション(7)を、所定の長さで切断し、そして、
(c)局所強化ゾーン(13,14)が、より大きな厚さ及び/又はより高い品質を有するストリップ(2,3)中に位置するような方法で、第1シート状金属セクション(7)のストリップ(2,3,4,5)の縦方向に対して横方向へ直線状に延びる接合ライン(10)によって、前記シート状金属ストリップ(1)の第1シート状金属セクション(7)を第2シート状金属セクション(9)へ接合する、
ことによって特徴づけられる、前記方法。 - 前記シート状金属プレート(1)が、直線状で平行な縞模様を有する複数のシート状ストリップ(及び場合により、縞模様を有さない1つのシート状ストリップ)のシート状金属セクション(15,16,24,25)2つからから接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 直線状で平行な縞模様を有する複数の前記シート状ストリップが、互いに異なる直線状で平行な縞模様を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
