Claims (1)
- 閉塞容器のリークテストを行うためのシステムであって、
前記容器が、少なくとも1つの液体成分を収容している閉塞収容容器とされ、
テスト状況が、真空引きポンプを使用して前記容器の周囲空間を真空引きすることによって、前記容器の壁のうちのテストされるべき少なくとも一部の内外にわたって圧力差を適用し;前記周囲空間の前記圧力値を、前記少なくとも1つの液体成分の蒸気圧値以下にまで下げ;前記周囲空間の圧力値を、リーク判定信号として観測し;前記真空引きポンプによる前記真空引きを継続しつつ、リーク判定信号としての圧力値の観測を行う状況として定義された場合に、
少なくとも1つの前記容器をテスト状況に配置し、これにより、前記容器のリーク状況に応じた信号を観測するための装置と;
リークを模擬する手段であるとともにこれにより前記装置を校正するための手段と;
を具備し、
前記装置が、
少なくとも1つのテストキャビティと、
真空引きポンプと、
前記テストキャビティに対して前記真空引きポンプを接続する接続ラインと、
を備え、
リークを模擬する前記手段が、前記接続ラインを介して前記テストキャビティに対して接続された蒸発液体源を備え、
この蒸発液体源が、液体リザーバと、このリザーバと前記接続ラインとの間のライン内に配置されたニードルバルブと、を備え、
前記蒸発液体源が、さらに、前記リザーバに対して接続された加圧ラインと、この加圧ライン内に配置されているとともに前記リザーバ内の液体を調節可能に加圧するためのバルブと、を備えていることを特徴とするシステム。
