Description
本発明の接着剤組成物の主成分として用いられる2−シアノアクリレートの具体例としては、メチル−2−シアノアクリレート、エチル−2−シアノアクリレート、プロピル−2−シアノアクリレート、イソプロピル−2−シアノアクリレート、ブチル−2−シアノアクリレート、イソブチル−2−シアノアクリレート、アミル−2−シアノアクリレート、ヘキシル−2−シアノアクリレート、シクロヘキシル−2−シアノアクリレート、オクチル−2−シアノアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシル−2−シアノアクリレート、アリル−2−シアノアクリレート、ベンジル−2−シアノアクリレート、メトキシエチル−2−シアノアクリレート、エトキシエチル−2−シアノアクリレート、メトキシプロピル−2−シアノアクリレートおよびテトラヒドロフルフリル−2−シアノアクリレート等が挙げられ、これらの2−シアノアクリレートは1種類にとどまらず2種以上を混合使用することもできる。
上記の中では、メチル−2−シアノアクリレート、エチル−2−シアノアクリレート、プロピル−2−シアノアクリレート、ブチル−2−シアノアクリレート、シクロヘキシル−2−シアノアクリレート、メトキシエチル−2−シアノアクリレートおよびエトキシエチル−2−シアノアクリレートが、酸化チタンを配合した際の効果が大きく好ましい。
より好ましい範囲は、0.1〜1μmの範囲である。
表1、表2に記載のように、安定剤として微量の亜硫酸ガスとハイドロキノンを添加したエチル−2−シアノアクリレート100質量部に対して、種々のフィラーを2質量部配合した2−シアノアクリレート系組成物を作製し評価を行なった。なお酸化チタンは後述のとおり、予め洗浄を行なったものを用いた。
(1)パラトルエンスルホン酸を1重量部含有するアセトン溶液を作製する
(2)この溶液中に各酸化チタンを入れ、攪拌する。
(3)濾過によって溶液を取り除いて得た酸化チタンを加熱乾燥させる。
隠蔽性の評価方法は黒色のエチレンプロピレンゴム上に、作成した2−シアノアクリレート系組成物を滴下して硬化させ、その白色度について目で判別して良好かどうか確認を実施した。相分離については、調合後一日23℃下に放置し、相分離が起きていないか目視によって観察した。
ポリエチレン製の容器にフィラーを配合した2−シアノアクリレート系組成物を封入し、60℃下に5日間放置した後に、劣化による初期からの粘度変化率と相分離の状態について評価した。なおここでいう粘度変化率とは劣化時点の粘度を劣化前の粘度で割った値とする。またゲル化とは、劣化による粘度上昇によって、粘度が極めて高くなることをいう。
Claims (2)
- 2−シアノアクリレート100質量部に対して、酸化チタン0.5〜5質量部を含む2−シアノアクリレート系組成物であって、
前記酸化チタンはポリシロキサンで処理した後、更に酸性物質を含む溶液で洗浄したものであることを特徴とする2−シアノアクリレート系組成物。 - 上記酸性物質が、パラトルエンスルホン酸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2−シアノアクリレート系組成物。
