3.実施例
本発明の一実施形態として示す樹脂組成物は、アクリル系モノマーと、光重合開始剤と、体積平均粒子径が1μm以上20μm以下であり、顔料を樹脂で内包した着色剤とを含有し、着色剤は、顔料の含有量が0.25wt%以上1.0wt%以下となるように配合されてなるものである。
樹脂組成物中の顔料の含有量(wt%)=着色剤中の顔料の内包割合(wt%)×樹脂組成物中の着色剤の添加割合(wt%)−−−(1)
次に、前述した粘着組成物を用いた粘着テープについて説明する。本実施の形態における粘着テープは、アクリル系モノマーと、光重合開始剤と、体積平均粒子径が1μm以上20μm以下であり、顔料を樹脂で内包した着色剤とを含有し、顔料の含有量が0.25%以上1.0%以下となるように着色剤が配合されてなる樹脂組成物を、重合反応させることにより形成された層を少なくとも1層有するものである。
以下、本発明の実施例について詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない。
黒色度の評価項目として、JISZ872に準拠した分光測色計(コニカミノルタ(株)製、CM2600d)を用いて、硬化物のCIE L*a*b値を測定し、明度を示すL値を黒色度の基準とした。なお、赤、青などの色相を示すa、b値は、実施例、比較例とも±2の範囲内にあり、ほぼ影響がないために割愛した。
硬化度の評価項目として、硬化物の残留モノマーの揮発量を測定した。硬化物を135℃にて10分間加熱し、その前後の重量減少を測定し、加熱減量割合を未反応モノマー量(%)とした。
塗布後の樹脂組成物の状態を顕微鏡にて確認し、着色剤の凝集の有無を目視にて確認した。着色剤の凝集が有る場合を×、着色剤の凝集が無い場合を○と評価した。
硬化物を目視にて確認し、その外観色を評価した。
アクリル酸とアクリル酸2−エチルへキシルとの部分重合物を95質量部、光ラジカル開始剤(商品名:シリンTPO、BASF S.E製、2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル−ジフェニル−フォスフィンオキシド)を1質量部、及び着色剤(アートパールC800黒、根上工業(株)製、体積平均粒子径6.5μm、ウレタン樹脂粒子、カーボンブラック含有量7.5%)を4質量部加え、攪拌機(新東科学(株)製、スリーワンモーターBL1200)にて1200rpmで10分間攪拌して組成物を得た。
着色剤をアートパールGR−004BK(根上工業(株)製、平均粒子径3.8μm、アクリル樹脂粒子、カーボンブラック含有量37%)に変え、着色剤を2質量部とし、アクリル酸とアクリル酸−2エチルへキシルとの部分重合物を97質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤(アートパールC800黒)を7質量部とし、アクリル酸とアクリル酸2−エチルへキシルとの部分重合物を92質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤をラブコロール224SM(大日精化(株)製、平均粒子径2.5μm、アクリル樹脂粒子、カーボンブラック含有量18%)に変えた以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤をアートパールG400BK(根上工業(株)製、平均粒子径15μm、アクリル樹脂粒子、カーボンブラック含有量7.5%)に変え、この着色剤を7質量部とし、アクリル酸とアクリル酸2−エチルへキシルの部分重合物を92質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に撹拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
実施例1における組成物から着色剤を省いたものを無着色組成物とした。この無着色組成物を透明な厚み50μmの剥離処理済PETフィルムA上に厚みが50μmとなるように塗布した。さらにその上から実施例1における組成物を厚みが300μmとなるように塗布し、実施例1と同様に硬化させた。一方で、別の透明な剥離処理済PETフィルムBに塗布厚みが50μmとなるように無着色組成物を塗布し、実施例1と同様に硬化させた。この後、組成物と無着色組成物が塗布されたPETフィルムAと、もう一方の無着色組成物が塗布されたPETフィルムBを、各々組成物面同士が対向するように配置し更にそのまま張り合わせ、両面テープを得た。
着色剤をアートパールC300黒(根上工業(株)製、平均粒子径22μm、ウレタン樹脂粒子、カーボンブラック含有量3.5%)に変えた以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤をアートパールC300黒に変え、この着色剤の添加量を8質量部とし、アクリル酸とアクリル酸2−エチルへキシルとの部分重合物を91質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤(アートパールC800黒)の添加量を2質量部とし、アクリル酸とアクリル酸2−エチルへキシルの部分重合物を97質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤をアートパールGR−004BKに変え、この着色剤の添加量を7質量部とし、アクリル酸とアクリル酸2−エチルへキシルの部分重合物を92質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
着色剤をカーボンブラックマスターバッチに変え、配合中のカーボンブラック含有量が0.28質量部となるように添加した以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。カーボンブラックマスターバッチは、アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルを97質量部にカーボンブラック(三菱化学(株)製#95)を3質量部加え、ビーズミルにて分散させて得た。
比較例5と配合を同一とし、攪拌時間を30分間とした以外は、実施例1と同様に攪拌・塗布・硬化させ、硬化物を得た。
Claims (7)
- アクリル系モノマーと、光重合開始剤と、体積平均粒子径が1μm以上20μm以下であり、顔料を樹脂で内包した着色剤とを含有する粘着テープ用樹脂組成物であって、
前記着色剤の樹脂が、ウレタン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂であり、
前記着色剤は、当該樹脂組成物における前記顔料の含有量が0.25wt%以上1.0wt%以下となるように配合されてなる粘着テープ用樹脂組成物。 - 当該樹脂組成物における前記着色剤の含有量が、1wt%以上10wt%以下である請求項1記載の粘着テープ用樹脂組成物。
- 前記着色剤の顔料が、カーボンブラックである請求項1又は2に記載の粘着テープ用樹脂組成物。
- 前記着色剤が、カーボンブラックを5〜40wt%内包したウレタン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂からなる樹脂粒子である請求項1記載の粘着テープ用樹脂組成物。
- アクリル系モノマーと、光重合開始剤と、体積平均粒子径が1μm以上20μm以下であり、顔料を樹脂で内包した着色剤とを含有する樹脂組成物を重合反応させることにより形成された層を少なくとも1層有する粘着テープであって、
前記樹脂組成物は、前記着色剤の樹脂がウレタン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂からなり、前記顔料の含有量が該樹脂組成物における0.25wt%以上1.0wt%以下となるように配合されてなる粘着テープ。 - 基材上に、アクリル系モノマーと、光重合開始剤と、体積平均粒子径が1μm以上20μm以下であり、顔料を樹脂で内包した着色剤とを含有し、樹脂組成物を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記樹脂組成物に活性エネルギー線を照射し、前記基材上に粘着剤層を形成する形成工程と
を有し、
前記樹脂組成物は、前記着色剤の樹脂がウレタン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂からなり、前記顔料の含有量が該樹脂組成物における0.25wt%以上1.0wt%以下となるように配合されてなる粘着テープの製造方法。 - 剥離材上に粘着層を形成する工程と、
前記粘着層上に、アクリル系モノマーと、光重合開始剤と、体積平均粒子径が1μm以上20μm以下であり、顔料を樹脂で内包した着色剤とを含有し、樹脂組成物を塗布する塗布工程と、
前記樹脂組成物に活性エネルギー線を照射し、前記粘着層上に基材層を形成する工程と
を有し、
前記樹脂組成物は、前記着色剤の樹脂がウレタン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂からなり、前記顔料の含有量が該樹脂組成物における0.25wt%以上1.0wt%以下となるように配合されてなる粘着テープの製造方法。
