Claims (4)
- 地熱を利用するための地熱交換装置であって、
熱媒体が流通する熱媒体管が収容され、地盤に埋設される複数の熱交換用埋設管と、
前記複数の熱交換用埋設管相互の前記熱媒体管または該熱媒体管と熱交換装置とを接続すると共に、地盤に埋設される横主管と、
前記熱媒体管と前記横主管とを接続する部位で一方が地盤に埋設され、他方が地表面に開口し得る縦メンテナンス管と、
を有し、
前記横主管が地盤に埋設して略水平方向に配置された横メンテナンス管に収容されると共に、前記熱媒体管と前記横主管、及び前記横主管相互が着脱可能に接続され、前記熱媒体管と前記横主管、及び前記横主管相互を脱離することで前記熱交換用埋設管に収容された前記熱媒体管、及び前記横メンテナンス管に収容された前記横主管を前記縦メンテナンス管を利用して交換可能に構成したことを特徴とする地熱交換装置。 - 前記縦メンテナンス管は、前記熱交換用埋設管の外径よりも大きな内径を有する別体で構成され、その上端部が地表面と略面一で、且つその下端部が前記熱交換用埋設管の外周で且つ鉛直方向において該熱交換用埋設管の上端部とオーバーラップして配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地熱交換装置。
- 前記複数の熱交換用埋設管内に収容される前記熱媒体管相互または該熱媒体管と熱交換装置とを接続する横主管に対して前記各熱媒体管を並列接続すると共に、前記熱交換装置から前記各熱媒体管に向かう側の横主管の往き経路長と該熱交換装置へ戻る側の横主管の戻り経路長との和が、各々の熱媒体管に関して略等しくなるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の地熱交換装置。
- 前記地熱交換装置を、駐車場敷地下部に設置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の地熱交換装置。
