CONSTITUTION: Water returned from an indoor heat radiator (5) is cooled by a primary cooling tank (1) and a secondary cooling tank (2) and then enters a water reservoir (3) to be recirculated by a water pump (4). The pipes 1 of the cooling tanks (1) and (2) are placed deep into the ground to cool the returning water having a high temperature. A return pipe 2 within the tanks are designed to have a large diameter so that the heat exchanging efficiency is enhanced. A water introducing pipe 4 to the secondary cooling tank (2) is also designed to have a large diameter so that a large amount of primary cooling water can be introduced. If the number of the heat exchanging pipes 1 is increased, the cooling efficiency can be increased.
