図1及び図2は内視鏡用高周波スネアの先端部分を示しており、図1はスネアループ3が膨らんだ状態の斜視図、図2はスネアループ3が可撓性シース1内に引き込まれて窄まった状態の側面断面図である。

Claims (4)
- 電気絶縁性の可撓性シース内に軸線方向に進退自在に導電性の操作ワイヤが挿通配置されて、その操作ワイヤの先端に導電性の弾性ワイヤからなるスネアループが連結され、上記操作ワイヤを軸線方向に進退操作することにより上記スネアループが上記可撓性シースの先端内に出入りして、上記スネアループが上記可撓性シース外では自己の弾性によって膨らみ、上記可撓性シース内に引き込まれることにより弾性変形して窄まるようにした内視鏡用高周波スネアにおいて、
上記スネアループを構成する弾性ワイヤの最先端部分に上記弾性ワイヤを側方に突出する状態に折り曲げた先端折り曲げ部を形成すると共に、
上記スネアループを構成する弾性ワイヤが上記可撓性シース内に引き込まれた状態のときに、上記弾性ワイヤの先端部分を上記先端折り曲げ部の先端側から基端側に向かう方向に付勢して上記可撓性シースの内面に押し付けるための付勢部を、上記弾性ワイヤに形成したことを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波スネア。 - 上記付勢部が、上記弾性ワイヤの先端近傍部分を凸状に曲げて形成されていて、上記可撓性シースの内面に当接することにより弾性変形して上記弾性ワイヤの先端部分を側方に付勢する請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波スネア。
- 上記付勢部が、上記弾性ワイヤを全体的に反った形状に形成することにより形成されていて、上記可撓性シースの内面に当接することにより弾性変形して上記弾性ワイヤの先端部分を側方に付勢する請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波スネア。
- 上記先端折り曲げ部の長さが、上記可撓性シース内に上記弾性ワイヤが先端まで引き込まれた状態のときに上記先端折り曲げ部の先端が上記可撓性シースの外縁付近に位置するように設定されている請求項1、2又は3記載の内視鏡用高周波スネア。
