Claims (10)
- ブレーキディスクの回転軸線と一致するようにされた中心を有するブレーキディスク用のディスクブレーキパッドにおいて、複数の摩擦要素と、基板と、突出しかつ自在に動きうる端部を有する複数の細長い弾性の支持要素で、その全ては前記摩擦要素の少なくとも一つを支持する支持要素と、前記基板から間隔を置くようにして該基板に前記支持要素を固定する取付手段と、を有し、
前記複数の支持要素が前記ブレーキディスクの径方向に互いに間隔を置いた位置で該ブレーキディスクに固定され、前記支持要素の各々が該支持要素の長手方向における軸線を、前記ディスクブレーキパッドの中心を通る放射状の線に対して垂直に向けて位置されており、前記摩擦要素は前記支持要素の端部で該支持要素の長手方向の軸線上に中心を置いてかつ前記取付手段と間隔をおかれていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキパッド。 - 前記摩擦要素が概ね多角形の外形を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 前記摩擦要素が概ね円形の外形を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 前記支持要素は弾性で、中央で相互に結合された2個の重ねられた弾性要素から構成され、よって、前記細長い弾性支持要素の曲げ可撓性の変動性を得ることができ、前記下側の弾性要素には2個の突起が設けられており、下側と上側の弾性要素間の接触は前記の中央結合部と突起を備えた端部とが対応するところのみにおいて行われることによって、前記上側弾性要素の予荷重を創り出すことを特徴とする請求項1記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 前記摩擦要素が焼結材料から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 前記支持要素が弾性金属の薄層から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 前記摩擦要素が金属固定具によって前記支持要素にリベット止めされていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 高度に熱安定性の遮断層または緩衝層が前記支持要素と前記基板の間に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 遮断層あるいは緩衝層が前記摩擦要素と関連の支持要素との間に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
- 二つの摩擦要素が各支持要素に存在することを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクブレーキパッド。
