Description
1.キセノンなどの希ガスをガラス管内部に封入し、本蛍光体材料をガラス管内部の管壁に塗布されたキセノン放電による管型蛍光ランプ。
2.上記製品において、管ガラスが板状の平面ガラスから構成されるキセノン放電による平面型蛍光ランプ。
3.プラズマディスプレイパネル表示装置の緑色の画素。
まず原料として、Y2O3(株式会社高純度化学研究所製)=1.218g、Gd2O3(株式会社高純度化学研究所製)=0.889g、Tb4O7(株式会社高純度化学研究所製)=0.733g、Al2O3(株式会社高純度化学研究所製)=2.900g、Sc2O3(株式会社高純度化学研究所製)=0.135g、B2O3(株式会社高純度化学研究所製)=2.730gを秤量し、十分均一に混合した後、アルミナルツボにて充填し大気中500℃で2時間予備焼成した。さらに1100℃まで昇温させ、大気中で5時間焼成した後、徐冷して焼成物を得る。得られた焼成物は、粉砕し、洗浄、乾燥させた後、篩い分けしてY0.55Gd0.25Tb0.2Al2.9Sc0.1(BO3)4蛍光体材料を得た。
Claims (5)
- 一般式(Y1-x-yGdxTby)Al3-zScz(BO3)4(0≦x<0.5、0<y<0.5、0<z<3)で表されるテルビウムおよびガドリニウム付活希土類アルミニウム・スカンジウム硼酸塩から成り、CIE色度座標のxが0.328未満、yが0.592を超える範囲の蛍光を発光する真空紫外光励起緑色蛍光体材料。
- 透光性気密容器と、該透光性気密容器内に封入された真空紫外光を放射する放電媒体と、放電用電極と、前記透光性気密容器の内側に形成された蛍光体層とを有する真空紫外励起発光素子であって、
前記蛍光体層は、一般式(Y1-x-yGdxTby)Al3-zScz(BO3)4(0≦x<0.5、0<y<0.5、0<z<3)で表されるテルビウムおよびガドリニウム付活希土類アルミニウム・スカンジウム硼酸塩から成る真空紫外光励起緑色蛍光体材料を含んでいることを特徴とする真空紫外励起発光素子。 - 前記真空紫外励起発光素子が蛍光ランプである請求項2に記載の真空紫外励起発光素子。
- 前記真空紫外励起発光素子が、プラズマディスプレイパネル表示装置の緑色画素素子である請求項2に記載の真空紫外励起発光素子。
- 透光性気密容器と、該透光性気密容器内に封入された真空紫外光を放射する放電媒体と、放電用電極と、前記透光性気密容器の内側に形成された蛍光体層とを有する白色の蛍光ランプであって、
前記蛍光体層は、一般式(Y1-x-yGdxTby)Al3-zScz(BO3)4(0≦x<0.5、0<y<0.5、0<z<3)で表されるテルビウムおよびガドリニウム付活希土類アルミニウム・スカンジウム硼酸塩から成り、CIE色度座標のxが0.328未満、yが0.592を超える範囲の蛍光を発光する真空紫外光励起緑色蛍光体材料と真空紫外光で発光する青色蛍光体材料および赤色蛍光体材料を含んでいることを特徴とする白色の蛍光ランプ。
