Claims (6)
- 화학식 (Y1-x-yGdxTby)Al3-zScz(BO3) 4 (여기서, 0≤x<0.5, 0<y<0.5, 0<z≤3) 로 표현되는 테르븀, 가돌리늄-도핑된 희토류 알루미늄 스칸듐 붕산염을 포함하는, 진공 자외광여기 녹색 형광재료.
- 광투과 밀봉용기;상기 광투과 밀봉용기내에 봉입되어 진공 자외선을 발광하는 방전 매체;방전 전극; 및상기 광투과 밀봉용기 내측 상에 형성된 형광체층을 구비하며,상기 형광체층은 화학식 (Y1-x-yGdxTby)Al3-zScz(BO 3)4 (여기서, 0≤x<0.5, 0<y<0.5, 0<z≤3) 로 표현되는 테르븀, 가돌리늄-도핑된 희토류 알루미늄 스칸듐 붕산염인 진공 자외광여기 녹색 형광재료를 함유하는, 자외형광 발광소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자는 형광램프인, 자외형광 발광소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 녹색 픽셀 소자인, 자외형광 발광소자.
- 광투과 밀봉용기;상기 광투과 밀봉용기내에 봉입되어 진공 자외선을 발광하는 방전 매체;방전 전극; 및상기 광투과 밀봉용기 내측 상에 형성된 형광체층을 구비하며,상기 형광체층은 화학식 (Y1-x-yGdxTby)Al3-zScz(BO 3)4 (여기서, 0≤x<0.5, 0<y<0.5, 0<z≤3) 로 표현되는 테르븀, 가돌리늄-도핑된 희토류 알루미늄 스칸듐 붕산염인 진공 자외광여기 녹색 형광재료, 진공 자외광여기 청색 형광재료, 및 진공 자외광여기 적색 형광재료를 함유하는, 백색광 발광소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 소자는 백색광 형광램프인, 백색광 발광소자.
