Claims (44)
- 充填剤の2ステップの表面処理を含み、第1ステップ(前処理)が少なくとも1種類のポリジアルキルシロキサンにより充填剤を処理することを含み、第2ステップがポリジアルキルシロキサンにより処理された充填剤を少なくとも1種類の、10個を超える炭素原子を含む脂肪酸により処理することを含み、2ステップを同時に実施し得ることを特徴とする、疎水性特性を付与するために大理石、方解石、沈降炭酸カルシウム及びその混合物から選択される充填剤のみからなる無機質充填剤を処理する方法。
- 2種類の処理が同時に実施されるが脂肪酸が決して先に充填剤に接触しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最初にポリジアルキルシロキサンを、次いで直後に脂肪酸を加えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は2つの明確に別のステップで実施され、ポリジアルキルシロキサンを最初に充填剤に添加し、次に脂肪酸を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤が大理石もしくは方解石、またはその混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤が沈降炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アルキル基Rがメチル基であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- ポリジメチルシロキサンが50〜100,000センチストークスの間の動粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- ポリジメチルシロキサンが300〜5000センチストークスの間の動粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- ポリジメチルシロキサンが1000センチストークスの動粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 脂肪酸が10個を超える炭素原子を有する任意の脂肪酸であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 脂肪酸がステアリン酸、パルミチン酸、ベヘン酸、およびその混合物であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 方法の実施が:
ミキサー中に充填剤を入れ、
温度100℃でポリジアルキルシロキサンを5分間にわたって加え、この5分間の最後に、
脂肪酸を加える
ことを含む請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 充填剤が大理石または方解石、あるいはその混合物であり、ポリジアルキルシロキサンがポリジメチルシロキサンであり、および脂肪酸がステアリンであることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリジアルキルシロキサンが乾燥充填剤の重量で100〜2000ppmの量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリジアルキルシロキサンが乾燥充填剤の重量で200〜1000ppmの量で存在することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- ポリジアルキルシロキサンが乾燥充填剤の重量で500ppmの量で存在することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 脂肪酸が乾燥充填剤の0.6〜1.4重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 脂肪酸が乾燥充填剤の0.8〜1.2重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって処理されることを特徴とする無機質充填剤。
- 充填剤が大理石、方解石又は沈降炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の無機質充填剤。
- 充填剤が積上げ法によって測定される0.98以下の高い流動性を有し、2〜6m2/gの間の比表面積、および10マイクロメートル未満のトップカット粒状分布を有することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の無機質充填剤。
- 8マイクロメートル未満のトップカット粒状分布を有することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の無機質充填剤。
- 0.9〜1の間の濁度指数、および0.7〜1の間の泡指数を有し、2つの指数が発泡法によって測定され、また吸湿法によって測定される0.42mg/m 2 以下の吸湿量を有することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の無機質充填剤。
- ポリマー中における請求項25に記載の充填剤の使用。
- 通気性フィルムの製造への、請求項25に記載の充填剤の使用。
- 請求項25に記載の充填剤を使用する、ポリオレフィンの「通気性」フィルムを製造する方法。
- ポリオレフィンが低密度線状ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレンおよびポリプロピレン並びにその混合物からなる群から選択されるポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の方法。
- 請求項25に記載の充填剤を合計重量に対して20〜80重量%含む、マスターバッチまたは混合物が生成されることを特徴とする請求項28または29に記載の方法。
- 請求項25に記載の充填剤を合計重量に対して45〜60重量%含む、マスターバッチまたは混合物が生成されることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の方法。
- 請求項25に記載の充填剤を合計重量に対して50重量%含む、マスターバッチまたは混合物が生成されることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが一軸または二軸延伸または配向を受けることを特徴とする請求項28から32のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが非延伸、あるいは一軸または二軸延伸の状態であることを特徴とする請求項28から33のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造されたフィルム。
- 色むらビューア法に従って測定して、10未満の色むら指数を有することを特徴とする請求項34に記載のフィルム。
- 少なくとも1種類の請求項35に記載のフィルムを含むことを特徴とする物品。
- 水または水性流体を吸収する請求項36に記載の物品。
- 使い捨ておむつである請求項37に記載の物品。
- 充填剤が請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる、ポリオレフィンおよび充填剤のマスターバッチまたは混合物。
- ISO 1133に従って測定したメルト体積流量が9cm3/10minを超え(温度190℃、荷重5kg、ダイ直径2.095mm)、かつ熱安定性が、細片法により、無変色の細片長さが20cm以上であることによって表わされる、ことを特徴とする請求項39に記載のポリオレフィンおよび充填剤のマスターバッチまたは混合物。
- 請求項39または40に記載のマスターバッチの、通気性フィルムの製造における使用。
- 充填剤が請求項25に記載の充填剤であり、マスターバッチが請求項40に記載のマスターバッチであることを特徴とする、請求項28から33のいずれか一項に記載の、ポリオレフィンの「通気性」フィルムを製造する方法。
- 少なくとも1種類の請求項23から25のいずれか一項に記載の充填剤を含むフィルム以外のポリオレフィン物品。
- 請求項21〜25のいずれか1項の充填剤を含むポリマーの、請求項34または35に記載のフィルムまたは請求項43に記載の物品への使用。
