a)炭化水素Xとは異なる、少なくとも1種の脂肪酸誘導体および/または脂肪アルコール誘導体 5〜40質量%
b)少なくとも1種のシリコーン油 0.5〜10質量%、および
c)少なくとも1種の担体材料 20〜85質量%、その際、該成分a)およびb)は該担体材料c)に施与されたものである。

典型的な例は、CAS−No.68002−96−0によって表される。
(R)3SiO[Si(R)2O]nSi(R)3[式中、R=CH3]、その際、nの選択によって粘度を調整でき、ここでは好ましくは1000〜10000mPas[m3]、特に好ましくは2000〜5000mPas[m4]である。
1.本発明による消泡剤を、ドライモルタル混合物の総質量に対してそれぞれ0質量%、0.05質量%、0.10質量%で計量供給する際に以下の方法にしたがって試験した。
消泡剤を含まない、硬化した材料の表面が多数のクレーターを有する一方、本発明による消泡剤を含む材料の表面は、エントラップドエアによるクレーター形成がなく、外観上一貫して滑らかだった。
異なる貯蔵期間(14日間隔)の後、本発明による混合組成物の消泡作用を上述の試験方式においてドライモルタルに対して0.05質量%の計量供給量にて試験した。混合終了直後(EN1937による)および混合終了10分後にそれぞれ1つの試料領域(層厚み0.5〜1.0cmを有する25cm2)を注ぎ出した。試料領域が硬化した後、1cm2の面積に対する、はじけていない気泡に起因すべきクレーターを精確に数え、フレッシュモルタルかさ密度およびフレッシュモルタルの空気含有量を測定した(図1)。
Claims (15)
- 炭化水素Xを含まない粉末組成物であって、主成分として
a)炭化水素Xとは異なる、少なくとも1種の脂肪酸誘導体および/または脂肪アルコール誘導体 5〜40質量%、
b)少なくとも1種のシリコーン油 0.5〜10質量%、および
c)少なくとも1種の担体材料 20〜85質量%、その際、該成分a)およびb)は該担体材料c)に施与されたものである、
を含み、前記成分a)が脂肪アルコールアルコキシレートおよびエステル化された脂肪アルコールの群から選択される少なくとも1種の代表物質であり、かつ1モルあたり2〜6EOユニットおよび10〜15POユニットを有することを特徴とする、ドライモルタル用途のための消泡剤としての粉末組成物。 - 前記成分a)を20〜35質量%の割合で、前記成分b)を1〜5質量%の割合で、および/または前記成分c)を40〜75質量%の割合で含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分a)およびb)が、a):b)の質量比80〜90:20〜10で存在することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分a)が少なくとも1種のC16〜C18−脂肪アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪アルコール誘導体が、EOユニットおよびPOユニットをランダム化する、またはブロックとして含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪アルコールアルコキシレートがR末端化されていてよく、および/またはH末端化されて、封鎖されていなくてよいことを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分b)がジアルキルポリシロキサンの群から選択される、少なくとも1種の代表物質であることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記成分c)が無機質の担体材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記担体材料c)が2〜300μmの平均粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 5〜300μmの平均粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 更なる成分として、セルロース繊維、崩壊剤または湿潤剤の群から選択される少なくとも1種の代表物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物の製造方法において、a)それぞれ液体の前記成分a)およびb)を一つにまとめ、撹拌することでプリミックスを製造し、b)前記担体材料c)の乾燥成分を均質化し、最後に該液状のプリミックスを該担体材料c)(乾燥成分)に吹き付けることによって生成物が粉末として生じる、前記製造方法。
- ドライモルタルの製造における、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物または請求項12に記載の方法により製造された組成物の使用。
- 前記組成物を、ドライモルタル混合物の総組成物に対して、0.01〜1.0質量%の計量供給量でドライモルタル混合物に添加することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の使用。
- セルフレベリング材、注入モルタル、硬セッコウフロースクリード、セメントスクリード、タイルセメント、目地グラウト材、しっくい、複合断熱系、外壁モルタルおよび微細コンクリート、ならびに地下石油および天然ガス鉱床の探査、採掘および仕上げの応用分野における、請求項13または14のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
