Description
基Xはアリーレンもしくはヘテロアリーレン基またはアルキレン基を示す。Xは顔料に直接に結合し、さらにSp基で置換されている。芳香族基も1つ以上のアルキル基もしくはアリール基のようないかなる基でさらに置換されていてもよい。好ましくはアリーレンもしくはヘテロアリーレン基はフェニレン、ナフチレン、ビフェニレニンである。Xがアルキレン基を示すとき、例は分枝もしくは分枝していない置換もしくは非置換アルキル基を含むが、これらに限定されない。アルキレン基は芳香族基のような1つ以上の基で置換されていてもよい。好適な例はメチレン、エチレン、プロピレンおよびブチレン基のようなC1〜C12基を含むが、これらに限定されない。好ましくはXはアリーレン基である。

例1−4のために、次の概括的方法が用いられた。
例5−6
次の例について、例1で使用された方法が用いられたが、ただし添加順序は変更された。ポリマーの種類、ならびにポリマー、塩および分散体の量は下記の表4に示されるように、例1についてと同一であった。
比較例1
次の例について、例1に用いられた方法が用いられたが、塩化亜鉛は添加されなかった。ポリマーの種類、ポリマーおよび分散体の量は例1と同一であり、下の表6に示される。
Claims (29)
- a)液体ビヒクル、b)少なくとも1つの官能基を結合した顔料を含む少なくとも1つの修飾顔料であって、前記官能基が少なくとも1つの有機基を含む、少なくとも1つの修飾顔料、c)多価イオンを有する少なくとも1つの塩、およびd)少なくとも1つのポリマー、を含み、前記官能基は、前記多価イオンと配位可能であってかつ前記塩が多価カチオンを有する場合アニオン性であり前記塩が多価アニオンを有する場合カチオン性である、インク用組成物。
- 前記ビヒクルが水性ビヒクルである、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記ビヒクルが非水性ビヒクルである、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記インク用組成物がインクジェット用のインク用組成物である、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記有機基が、少なくとも1つのイオン基、少なくとも1つのイオン化できる基、または少なくとも1つのイオン基および少なくとも1つのイオン化できる基の混合物、を含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記有機基が、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸塩基、スルホン酸塩基、もしくはアンモニウム基を含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記官能基が、少なくとも1つのイオン基、少なくとも1つのイオン化できる基、または少なくとも1つのイオン基および少なくとも1つのイオン化できる基の混合物を含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記官能基が、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸塩基、スルホン酸塩基、もしくはアンモニウム基を含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記官能基がポリマー基である、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記顔料が、カーボンブラック、黒鉛、ビトレアスカーボン、微細カーボン、活性炭、活性木炭、もしくはそれらの混合物である、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記顔料がカーボンブラックである、請求項10記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記顔料が、白色顔料、黒色顔料、青色顔料、茶色顔料、シアン色顔料、緑色顔料、紫色顔料、マジェンタ顔料、赤色顔料、黄色顔料、それらのシェード、またはそれらの組合わせである、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記塩の多価イオンが多価金属カチオンを含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記多価金属カチオンが2価金属カチオンである、請求項13記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記多価金属カチオンが、カルシウム、カドミウム、銅、鉄、マグネシウム、ニッケル、亜鉛、アルミニウムもしくはジルコニウムカチオンである、請求項13記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記多価金属カチオンが、Ca+2,Cd+2,Cu+2,Fe+2,Mg+2,Ni+2,Zn+2,Al+3,Fe+3およびZr+4からなるリストから選ばれる、請求項13記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記塩の多価イオンがZn+2もしくはZr+4である、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記塩の多価イオンがZn+2である、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記塩が多価アニオンを含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、多価イオンと配位しうる少なくとも1つの官能基を含む、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記官能基が、少なくとも1つのイオン基、少なくとも1つのイオン化できる基、または少なくとも1つのイオン基および少なくとも1つのイオン化できる基の混合物を含む、請求項20記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記官能基が、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸塩基、スルホン酸塩基、もしくはアンモニウム基を含む、請求項20記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、アクリル酸のコポリマー、メタクリル酸のコポリマー、マレイン酸のコポリマー、およびそれらの塩からなるリストから選ばれる、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、スチレン−アクリレートポリマーもしくはスチレン−マレイン酸ポリマーである、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 前記官能基が少なくとも1つのポリマーである、請求項1記載のインク用組成物。
- 1)液体ビヒクル、少なくとも1つの官能基を結合した顔料を含む少なくとも1つの修飾顔料であって、前記官能基が少なくとも1つの有機基を含む、少なくとも1つの修飾顔料、多価イオンを有する少なくとも1つの塩、および少なくとも1つのポリマーを含むインク用組成物を、印刷装置に供給する工程、ならびに2)基体上に画像を形成させる工程を含み、前記官能基は、前記多価イオンと配位可能であってかつ前記塩が多価カチオンを有する場合アニオン性であり前記塩が多価アニオンを有する場合カチオン性である、画像の形成方法。
- 前記液体ビヒクルが水性ビヒクルである、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記液体ビヒクルが非水性ビヒクルである、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記方法がインクジェットインク印刷方法である、請求項26記載の方法。
