Description
a)自動車車両の表面を用意し、
b)この表面を、
i)組成物の75体積%以下の量のイソシアネート成分を含む第1成分であって、少なくとも75重量%が脂肪族である第1成分並びに
ii)少なくとも1種の第一級アミン及び少なくとも1種の第二級アミンを含む第2成分であって、第2成分がアスパラギン酸エステルを含む組成物
と接触させることを含んでなり、前記少なくとも1種の第二級アミンの量が第2成分の40〜80体積%である自動車車両の表面の被覆方法が提供される。
1)イソシアネート成分及び
2)アミン成分
が含まれる。
下記の表IIに、本発明に従った代表的組成物についての、一つの重量基準の正確な配合を示す。この組成物は、約56.5体積%の第一成分(環境温度で混合した)を、約43.5体積%の第二成分と組合せることによって形成される。
被覆を、ベッドの未被覆のe−被覆し下塗りした表面に直接適用した以外は、実施例1を繰り返す。得られた被覆は、(2成分エポキシ樹脂で被覆した表面に接着した6.5cm2ボタンに対して、インストロン試験機により適用した応力によって測定したとき)400psiの応力で凝集破壊を示す。
Claims (7)
- a)自動車車両の表面を用意し、
b)この表面を、
i)組成物の75体積%以下の量のイソシアネート成分を含む第1成分であって、その少なくとも75重量%が脂肪族である第1成分並びに
ii)少なくとも1種の第一級アミン及び少なくとも1種の第二級アミンを含む第2成分であって、第2成分がアスパラギン酸エステルを含む組成物
と接触させることを含んでなり、前記少なくとも1種の第二級アミンの量が第2成分の40〜80体積%である自動車車両の表面の被覆方法。 - 表面が塗装されたトラックベッド表面である請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート成分の少なくとも一部がジシクロヘキシルメタン−4,4′−ジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、テトラメチル−1,3−キシリレンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート又はこれらの混合物から選択される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート成分が1%より少ないイソシアネートモノマーを含有し、二量化した、三量化した及びビウレット化したヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、これらのプレポリマー並びにこれらの混合物から選択される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アミン成分が、少なくとも部分的に、1:1以下のアミン官能基対エステルのモル比を有するポリオキシアルキレンアミンのアスパラギン酸エステルである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アミン成分を受け入れるための第一計量容器、イソシアネート成分を受け入れるための第二計量容器並びに得られる組成物をスプレーする第一容器及び第二容器と流体連通状態にあるノズルを有する装置を使用して、組成物を表面と接触させる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 混合物中に、光への曝露による劣化に抵抗する際に被覆を助ける光安定剤を添加することを更に含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
