Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA ABAFAMENTO DE RUìDOS, VIBRAçõES E ASPEREZA DE UM SUBSTRATO, E COMPOSIçãO PARA ESSE FIM"<D>. Um método para proteger contra a vibração de um substrato compreende a etapa de aplicar um material líquido ao substrato em um meio ambiente, em que, após a aplicação ao substrato, o material é substancialmente de modo instantâneo curado no meio ambiente. A composição protetora utilizável para isto compreende um componente de resina e um componente de isocianato. O componente de resina inclui polímero(s) para transmitir resistência de tensão, dureza e flexibilidade; extensor(es) de cadeia opcional(is) para transmitir resistência de tensão, resistência às intempéries, flexibilidade, aderência a substratos específicos e dureza; e um enchedor opcional para transmitir dureza, flexibilidade e características de bloqueio específicas de ruído, vibração e exposição às intempéries, à superfície curada, após a aplicação. O componente de isocianato da composição inclui quasi-pré-polímero(s) de isocianato com base em um MDI modificado por uretonimina e um poliéter poliol de peso molecular elevado tendo um teor equivalente de isocianato de 15,8% e um teor de 2,4'-isómero de menos do que cerca de 15%; e plastificante(s) opcional(is) para transmitir flexibilidade.
