Abstract

"ADESIVOS DE FLOCOS DE BAIXA VISCOSIDADE, COM ALTO TEOR DE SóLIDOS, AMBIENTALMENTE PREFERIDOS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de adesivo de flocos ambientalmente preferida, contendo pré-polímeros de baixos pesos moleculares de poliéter e/ou polialcadieno polióis terminados com isocianato. Os pré-polímeros estão livres de isocianato volátil residual (<1000 ppm) sem bloquear o isocianato, desse modo proporcionando efeitos favoráveis sobre a viscosidade, a cinética de cura, e a segurança. A composição de adesivo de flocos preferivelmente contém um composto nitroso aromático, uma resina epóxi novolaca e um catalisador. A composição de adesivo pode ser feita em altos teores de sólidos, com co-solvente mínimo, ao mesmo tempo mantendo baixa viscosidade, o que é favorável para os regulamentos ambientais visados para reduzir as emissões de solventes. Além disso, os solventes podem ser não-HAP e não-fotoquimicamente reativos. A composição de adesivo pode ser utilizada para a aplicação de fibras formadoras de flocos a diversos substratos de elastómeros.
